Section Binika . the rates shall be inclusive of cost of all materials inspection chages insurange chages, packing & forwarding charges, cost of transportation- handing- loading-unloading-stacking at consignees store sitews, but exclusive of GST all complete. the rate to be quoted shall remain firm and fixed till the date of completion of supply.
