    Tender Details

    Tender for quotation for refrigerated vehicle for transportation of approx. 500 mt frozen fruit and vegetables (normally 31kg/30kg/25/20kg bags ) from mdfvpl ranchi to mdfvpl, mongolpuri plant for the period of one year. .Bidder should read the Tender document each line carefully before submitting the Price bid. 2.Price should not disclose in technical bid. 3.Basic rate should be quote on Per kg basis. It should be inclusive of green tax, toll tax and other charges in Indian rupees (Rs.). 4.Transporter’s Payment Invoice will raise by transporter as per material quantity mentioned in mother dairy invoice. 5. Provide each vehicle’s user id password or GPS link to trace the location and temperature. This is mandatory requirement of Ranchi plant before place refrigerated vehicle. 6.Prices quoted by vendor should be for free delivery at the MDFVPL, Nagari, Ranchi and no extra delivery charges shall be paid. 7.Quote should be as per Unit of Measurement (UOM) in the Tender. 8.Negligence of the bidder in preparing tender bid confers no right to withdraw the bid after it was opened. 9.GST Extra as applicable. 10.Mother Dairy Fruit and vegetable Pvt Ltd management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. 11.Payment terms: Within 15 Days after submission of original invoice with material received LR copy and temperature log book sheet hard copy. 12.Validity of the offer: 360 days.
