1Taking down of transformers of capacity 50/100/250/300/400/500/750/2000KVA from 2/4pole structure or from PCC plateform with due care after disconnecting all HT/LT connections on pole mounted structures, Transportation of transformer to workshop from site of installation to workshop for repairs including loading and unloading of transformer (with the help of Hydra), and replacing it to site from where it was taken for repairs (as directed by Engr incharge) complete and then lowering it by means of crane and remounting on 2/4pole structure after repairsall as directed and specified by engineer in charge.
2Disconnecting defective transformer indoor/outdoor of any capacity 50/100/250/300/400/500/750KVA both from HT/LT sides, and then drainage ofrequired transformer oil. Opening of top cover LT and HT side bushings with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then replacementof head gasket, LT and HT bushing packings complete and ensured that no leakage in transformer from LT/HT bushing and top cover gasket as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
3Taking out unserviceable tap changer of power transformers after disconnecting all the control connection including supply and fix new tap changer of same capacity and reconnect all the control connection and testing complete all as specified and directed,
4Taking down of transformers of capacity 50/100/250/300/400/500/750KVA from 2/4pole structure or from PCC plateform with due care after disconnecting all HT/LT connections on pole mounted structures, Transportation of transformer to PCC/ 2 or 4 polestructuretoany other requiredlocation in Roorkee canttlowering and remounting it on 2/4pole structure by means of craneafter disconnecting all connectionand reconnection in new locationincluding earthing connectionand asdirected and specified by engineer in charge.
5Isolating the Power Transformer of capacity 2.0 MVA, 33KV / 11 KV of make CROMPTON by carefully disconnecting the primary (HV), secondary (LV), control wiring and earth connections, lifting the transformer from its plinth inside the fence area with the help of suitable crane and transporting to civil workshop for repairs, bringing back to site after repairs, re-installing on its plinth with suitable crane and reconnecting all primary (HV), secondary (LV), control wiring and earth connections as per the original and testingon completion for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Necessary repairs, servicing, replacement of HT / LT bushings and transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately)
6Material and labour for cutting and removing burnt out winding primary (HV) / secondary (LV) for Transformer rating 50-300 KVA and re-winding the same with super enameled copper conductor of existing gauge together with insulation materials, applying varnish, drying and heating in heating chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
7All as per Item No. 6 above but of Transformer rating 315-400 KVA.
8All as per Item No. 6 above but of Transformer rating 500 KVA and above.
9Material and labour for replacement of worn out LT side copper coilsfor Transformer rating 50-300 KVA made out of super enameled insulated copper strip all as per existing size and shape including all insulating, binding,material and then varnishing complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
10All as per Item No. 9 above but of Transformer rating 315-400 KVA.

12Material and labour for removing the disturbed part of power transformer core and supply and building the core with new laminated sheet steel to match with the existing core and and fixing complete.
13Supply and fix in replacement of HV side porcelain transformer bushing with brass stud, nuts, bolts & washers including oil seal and gaskets suitable for 2.0 MVA, 33 KV / 11 KV Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supply and fix in replacement of LV side porcelain transformer bushing with brass stud, nuts, bolts & washers including oil seal and gaskets suitable for 2.0 MVA, 33 KV / 11 KV Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Dehydration / Filtration of transformer oil of power transformer out door type of capacity 2.0 MVA with centrifuge dehydration / filtration machine/plant to achieve di-electric strength of 40 KV or above for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap or as per relevant IS/IEC including testing and recording the values of dielectric strength of oil before and after filtration with transformer oil testing machine complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Re-filling / Topping up of new transformer oil into the body / conservator tank of 33 KV / 11 KV Power Transformer of capacity 2.0 MVA to the desired level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Power Oil / Electrol / Transol / Sero ELectra. Note: The dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 40 KV @ 2.5mm gap for 1 minute.
17Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of 33 KV / 11 KV Power Transformer of capacity 2.0 MVA and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour using spray painting machine / spay gun through out externally and writing the machine number in white colour on black background at appropriate place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supply and fix in replacement of breather assembly complete with new silica gel and fixing accessories suitable for 33 KV / 11 KV Power Transformer of capacity 2.0 MVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Dehydration/centrifuging of transformer oil by means centrifuging machine electrically operated at site of installation of transformer in running condition of transformer including testing of transformer oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer at 4mm gap the BDV should be 40KV complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. NOTE :- Contractor will arrange filtration machine/plant at site of transformer, dehydration of transformer oil will be carried out in working condition and electric supply for filtration will be taken from same transformer.
20Supplying, filling dehydration and filtration of new transformer oil for toping up/replacement of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV(rms) with gap of 2.5 mm all as conforming to IS 335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Material and labour for replacement of worn out bushing rod made out of brass with heavy duty three nuts and three washer at both ends suitable for HT/LT side all as per existing size, shape, dia and length suitable for following capacity transformers for 50 - 100 KVA

39Material and labour for special earthing to substation equipment with GI earth plate 600X600X6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less then 4.5 Mtr depth below ground level.
