| 3 | A) Remove distance piece/ expansion piece, dismantle pump impeller, end covers, wear plate, flushing chamber and seal unit, overhauling, taking initial and final clearances and boxing back with new seals and wear plates etc(spares ex-ship). consumables like bolts & nuts(HT grade only ) dowty seals/bushes,plastic carbide putty ,O-rings up to40/46/50 mm dia,gaskets required , machining, welding/grindingetc are to be arranged by contractor.B) Casing, Impeller and end cover to be build up as required.Electrodes to be supplied by contractor,however certificationwill be made at actuals/prorata. |

| 9 | Port Dredge pump casingalong with suction and shaft side covers to be renewed.Scope involves shifting of casing from jetty to ship.Reaming of bolts,tapping to required is under contractor scope.Alignment to be carried out w.r.to distance piece. |
