Capital Dredging:Dredging fromexistingdepths to( - ) 18.0/19.5/20.50 m CD in theharbour basin areas , (-) 21.50m CD in the inner approach channel , (-) 23m CD in the outer approach channel (including extended portion)including side slopes & (-) 22.50m in the sand trap ,and disposing at designated offshore disposal area along with ancillary works (boulders and cobbles up to size of 400 mm to be included as dredging quantity along with this item). The rate shall be inclusive of Survey Cost, men, material, equipment, fuel and transportation. The work includes cost of conducting all surveys, (Pre, Post and interim/progress surveys) cost/hire charges of survey launch, cost of fuel, all plants, labour, material, etc complete. (Exclusive of GST as applicable).Note: The dredging carried out beyond the levels indicated in the Post-Dredge survey charts attached as ANNEXURE-19 shall be considered as Capital Dredging.

Maintenance DredgingDredging in the Harbour Basin, Inner approach Channel, Outer Approach Channel, Sand Trap Area, Berth Pockets including Double handling if necessary from existing depths to Designed Depths (-) 16/16.5/16.7/18.0/ 18.50m,(-) 19m CD, (-) 15m to (-) 18m CD in the Sand Trap Area, (-) 20m CD in the Outer approach channel(including side slopes 1:5) and dredged material disposal evenly in the locations specified in the drawing KPL-NTCPWC-CD-PH-VI-2024-002 along with ancillary works. Complete as per detailed technical specifications, Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract etc., and directions of the Engineer. The work includes cost of conducting all surveys, (Pre, Post and interim/progress surveys) cost/hire charges of survey launch, cost of fuel, all plants, labour, material, etc complete. (Exclusive of GST as applicable). Note: No separate post dredge survey shall be carried out. The Quantity arrived at based on the Pre- Dredge Survey to be undertaken under this contract and the levels as per Post-Dredge survey charts and other charts attached as ANNEXURE-19 shall be considered for payment.

Environmental Monitoring Cost as per Bid document. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of men, material, equipment, tests, fuel and transportation.

Mobilisation, de-mobilisation of equipment required for the entire scope of works including dredger and marine spread/ equipment required for the work as per the approved equipment schedule.
