2M&L Preventive &Comprehensive Maintenance of CENTRAL AC CHILLER PLANT of 3x80 TR Capacity at TECH AREA, strictly through OEM i.e. M/S BLUE STAR for the PLANT and Equipment of Model No. XAC2YS-080A, complete all as specified and as directed. The Scope of Work is as specified under SECTION I & SECTION II here-in-below:- A.SECTION I (a)Servicing for all the Equipments under this Item shall be done Four Times during the Contract Period as per Standard Check Lists. (b)All Breakdown Calls will be attended and rectified Promptly during the Contract Period.
3B. SECTION II (a) The Compressor will be Checked for Proper Functioning and if any Defect is found, the same will be repaired immediately. (b) Safety Controls such as Pressure Cut outs will be tested for proper Function -ing and in case of any Malfunctioning they will be either Repaired or Replaced accordingly. (c) Air Filters will be Inspected and Cleaned as and when necessary. (d) Cooling Coil will be Inspected and Cleaned, if necessary. (e) Blower Motor will be Checked and any Defects noticed will be attended and rectified Promptly. (f) The Driver Set of the Blower Section will be Inspected, Belt Tension Adjusted and Belts to be changed, if necessary. (g) Any Defect in the Electrical Items and Control Wiring will be attended and rectified Promptly. (h) Refrigerant Gas will be Topped up in the System as and when necessary.
4(j) ACTIVITIES APPLICABLE TO WATER COOLED UNITS (i) Condenser Water Pumps with Motors will be Checked for Satisfactory Functioning. (ii) Any Repairs to Water Cooled Unit, if necessary, will be carried out/ rectified Promptly. (iii) Cooling Tower Nozzles will be Inspected and Attended to for Proper Spray and Replaced, if necessary. (iv)Carry out Cleaning of Cooling Tower Sump ONCE during the Contract Period. (k)ACTIVITIES APPLICABLE TO AIR COOLED UNITS (i)Condenser Fan Motor will be attended and rectified Promptly. (ii)Condenser Coil will be Inspected and Cleaned. (iii) Any repairs in the Condenser coil will be attended and rectified Promptly. (iv)Repairs to Refrigerant Piping due to System Problems will be attended and rectified Promptly. NOTE :- (a)Scope of Work shall deemed to be included all Materials required for satisfactory Functioning of the Plant. (b) Comprehensive Maintenance is to be carried out EVERY THREE MONTH by OEM i.e. M/S BLUE STAR only. The Contractor shall be required to submit an MOU with OEM for the same and it will be essential requirement and Technical Evaluation Stage.
5M&L Preventive &Comprehensive Maintenance of CENTRAL AC CHILLER PLANT of 3x25.4 TR Capacity at HOSPITAL AREA, strictly through OEM i.e. M/S BLUE STAR for the PLANT and Equipment of Model No. XWC25-025AR2, complete all as specified and as directed. The Scope of Work is as specified under SECTION I & SECTION II here-in-below:- A. SECTION I (a)Servicing for all the Equipments under this Item shall be done Four Times during the Contract Period as per Standard Check Lists.
