| 1 | Schedule \"A\" Part -I (Demolition of Building)Demolition of two water tank of 9.65m height with RCC Roofs, floors (other than ground floor), Beams, Staircases, Landing, Chajjas and similar suspended work etc including temporary shoring / scaffolding. Demolished material shall be contractor property shall be removed outside MoD land all as specified and directed.Note:- (i)Removal of material to be done on daily basis after demolition.(ii) Mechanical Hammer or any other equipments shall be used for demolition as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(iii) Removing of debris shall be deposited where directed at a distance not exceeding 5 Km and outside of MoD.(iv) Necessary precaution shall be taken to avoid any damage to nearby bldg and if any damage occured is to be rectified by the contractor without extra cost.(v) Hassian/ Net Cloth shall be used for avoiding spreading of debris / dust while demolition to surrounding area. |
