13SCH "A" PART XIV (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule "A" Part-II.
14Supply and fixing hazard division symbol double sided board of size 1500 x 1500 mm by using double legged informatory sign board fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, boards of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.
15NOTES :- (i) The computerized cut AVERY DENNINSON sheet shall be fixed with suitable adhesive to alco bond/ aluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural steel frame work of MS pipe of size 35 x 35mm square pipe with nuts, bolt/rivets ensuring safety against removal of plates. (ii) The lettering shall be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) and mechanically fixed on this board of Green/Blue colour or required color. Then these two separate boards shall be fixed back to back on single frame to two vertical posts of 50mm square pipe 2.5 mtr long to be painted in black and white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect. (iii) This board on single frame shall be embedded in PCC 1:4:8, type D2 of required size including necessary excavation in post hole all as specified and as directed.
16Supply and fixing double legged informatory sign board single side of size 1200 x 1200 mm, fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, board of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNINSON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.

18INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
19Material and labour for flameproof sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm as main cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor on wall and surface wiring on ceiling / roof with necessary fixing arrangements using approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, drawn through ISI Marked (IS 9537 Part II) ERW stove enamelled rigid steel conduit suitable for wiring, not less than 20mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc., and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.
20Notes : (i) Flame proof accessories shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) One switch shall control 4 to 5 Nos FP Points fitting. (iii) 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured as 1 unit .(iv) Rates of flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer etc are deemed in the rate quoted.
21Supply and fixing surface mounted flame proof weather proof threaded type junction box LM 6 aluminum alloy 3 to 4 way with closing plug complete all as specified and as directed.

26Supply and fixing weather proof flame proof with IP55 sheet metal enclosure for DB SPN 8 way 240A - 200A rated bus bar certified by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 construction with cable entries at bottom consisting of DB with one 20A, 10KA MCB SPNas incomer and MCB SP 6 A, 10KA -04Nosas outgoing including flameproof cable gland & lugs at bottom side etc. including making connection complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour for earthing with galvanized iron earth plate of size 600 mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI wire 4 mm dia at two points soldered and riveted to earth plate, GI earth wire protected by using 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe, watering pipe GI 20 mm dia medium grade 2.5 mtr long with funnel, wire mesh etc. necessary earth/brick work and PCC work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre, chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, coping in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,
28RCC pit cover 50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80 mm C/C both way, flame funnel wire mesh, testing on completion all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 2009 complete all specified and as directed. Note:- Quantity of GI earth wire & protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

30Supply and fixing LED bulb 7 watt , 6500K complete all as specified and as directed.
31Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integral driver LED security light(Bldg security light) with a nominal system lumen output of 4500 lm. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50000 burning hours. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CT>5700K + 300K) and CRI > 70. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium Epoxy power coated with weather proof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, heat resistance toughened clear glass fixed with SS screw with IP65 protection, input voltage 140-270V, PF>0.95 the total power consumption should not exceed 45W (including driver) complete all as specified and as directed.

37Material and labour for disconnecting, shifting, re-installation and commisioning of HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz VCB rated 400 Apms (3 Nos of one incomer and two outgoings) from Sub Station "C"to proposed Sub Station "C" complete all as specified and directed.
38Material and labour for Cutting/ Demolition of PCC/Hard Standing Plinth Protection/WBM Road not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing ofLT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e. bitumen/PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.

48Material and labour for Granular sub base (GSB) 200mm thick Compactedand conforming to the grading given in Table 400-1 and physical requirement given in Table 400-2, Grading Zone III and IV in Table 400-1 as per MORTH specification and laid in two layers (each layer of 100mm compacted thickness) by using shingle or gravel spread, rolled and consolidated to a gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
49Material and labour for 150mm WMM in two layers (each layer of 75mm)conforming to the gradinggiven in Table 400-13 and physical requirement as per Table 400-12,spread with mechanical means and rolled using 8-10 Tonne vibratory power roller over compacted sub grade surface as specified in clause 406.3.5 on page 134-135 MORTH specification complete all as specified and as directed.
50Material & Labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as kerb stone of size 35cm x 30cm x 15cm, long set in cement mortar 1:6 in line complete including necessary earth work in any type of soil to fix in position all as specified and as directed.
51Material and labour for 150mm thick PCC M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring using tremix vacuum dewatering method including all necessary equipments for finishing the floor using tremix method complete all as specified and as directed.
52Material and labour for preparing surface of unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with cold emulsion primer with cationic bitumen RS Grade-I (using paving bitumen) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Square metre of road surface as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

60Material and labour forearthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3 mm thick, burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper or brass connected to earth test point including watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe protection pipe up to 7.5 Mtr from earth strip complete with wire mesh, funnel, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata, PCC chamber in 1:3:6 type C1, 550mmx550mmx50mm including CI cover 10 mm thick hinged to CI frame, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and all as specified and or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
61NOTES :- (a) Quantity of copper strip/ protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately. (b) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance < 5 ohms is not obtained, earthing shall be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.
62Supply and fixing post insulator epoxy LV type suitable for holding aluminium air termination rod 12 mm dia fixed on stand post including screws complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Insulator spacing is 0.5 metre)
63EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
64Supply and laying in trenches, jointing and testing of ductile iron pipe of size 100 mm dia of bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifuglly cast, class K-9 in any length conforming to IS-8329 with required jointing and fittings material such as rubber packing, nut and bolts along with washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Joints will be measured and paid separately.
65Material and labour for fittings for DI pipe of size upto 150mm dia of bore conforming to IS-9523, socket / spigot socketed pipe such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) T-pieces, single branch Y junction, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot) reducer in required length, collar cap and plug etc with cutting / welding/ jointing / bolting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

67Supply and laying of 100 mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.0 conforming to IS-14846 with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber / fiber board gasket complete all as specified and as directed.
68Material and labour for cutting existing 200 mm CI pipeline and providing T-joint of size 200 x 200 x 100mm dia for taking a branch CI pipeline of 100mm dia from existing 200mm CI pipeline complete all as specified and as directed.
