2The scope of work consisits of Topographic Survey of 25 Nos. ROB (Approx. 1.0 Km Length per ROB with a corridor width of 150 m) spot levelling, pillar fixing, process of Data to generate plan and longitudinal sections as per specified scale/stndard norms of Indian Railway. Conducting a Drone Videography UAV/Drone by capturing 4k resolution videography of the whole alignment and delivering the geotagged videos along with a player facility to upload & link image/Drawings/other files etc and linkage to GIS Map like Google, Bhuvanetc with overlay/sync facility should be available & row, alignment, structure, Chainage& other important details can be incorporated in it. Also it should have the facility to compare two different times videos simultaneously and the orthographic survey detail too. For development of Key Plan /Detailed plan of each ROB, topographic survey of 1.0 Km with 150 m corridor will be carried out by using Photogrammetric technique by unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) / Drone equipped with DGNSS or similar arrangement with LIDAR along with total station/DGPS and precise levels along the ntire corrdor of the proposed alignment (covering railway & approach portion) for surveying of ground features. Submission of drawing/document showing position and list of infrengements and utilities to be shifted /removed plan & drawing for relocation of existing utilities services : such as electric lines/poles, traffic lights, S&T lines, water supply lines,sewerage lines, irrigation channel, removal of encrochments, boundary walls etc. & other amenities shifting work in connection with the project shall be done as per site requirement and scope of work. The ground features survey shall be complete in all respects including submission of data, DTM, Orthophotos, Drone Videography, 3-D drawings, topographic plan , Utility shifitng plan and cross sections complete including all direct and indirect costsetc. Hard copy(8 Nos) of All drawings & reports and soft copy and 1 copy on polyester based tracing paper(100 to150 microns) along for each ROB/RUB/LHS to be submitted.
3Item Description: Carrying out Final Location Survey including Marking alignment on Ground by actual field survey using Total Station, DGPS and/or other advanced Survey instruments, pegging, marking chainages etc. complete at 40 m interval and casting of pucca CC mattams in M-20 as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all labour & material etc complete. NOTE: (1) The centre line of proposed alignment is required to be marked on the ground for the most optimized alignment to be worked out irrespective of the route selected during preliminary survey. (1) All the gradients are to be designed as specified. However, route selection on the basis of alternative gradient may be required in some case. All the curves are to be designed as per required specific speed potential duly approved by Engineer in charge and to be pegged out on ground at 20 m interval with CC mattams for TTP1, TP1, crown TTP2, TP2, Apex etc. Continue- (iii) Cement concrete mattams M-20 are to be constructed as per shape and size specified as follows for various locations including finishing the top of mattams with neat cement slurry to facilitate engraving the details viz. direction of 01alignment, chainage, value of bench mark etc a) 45 x 45 cm square and 45 cm depth. Centre line mattam at 500m interval, TBMs. b) 45cm dia and 45cm depth., TTP1 TP1, TP2, TTP2 Crown for curves. Road and River Nallah crossings c) Apex of curve 45 cm side triangular and 45cm depth d) 20cm dia and 45cm depth, C/L of curve mattams. Iv) The complete alignment finally decided is to be marked on topof sheets on scale 1 in 250000 and 1 in 50000. (v) The GPS Global Positioning system (Coordinates) of all the mattam should be given in a soft copy The cost is Inclusive of all Labour and material. Nothing extra will be paid.
4Item Description Making Detailed L- section and detailed" plan i.e. project sheet by recording ground levels/features using automatic levelling instruments/plain tabling or other advanced survey instruments, along the centre line of demarcated proposed alignment at 10 m intervals, as per site conditions, including ground levels across the centre line of the alignment on either side at proposed top edge and toe of bank and bottom edge and top edge of cutting sections, and further upto 20m from the toe of bank or top edge of cutting. Note: (1)The ground levels are to be recorded with respect to mean sea level connected to GTS bench marks located in the vicinity of proposed alignment and to the procured from survey of India office. Also additional temporary bench mark to be fixed at an average 2000m interval or lesson CC mattams M-20 outside the profile of embankment or cutting, or on pucca structures viz plinth of buildings, coping of bridges etc as directed by Engineer in charge. (ii)The cross section to be recorded on either side of proposed alignment upto the distance required for calculating cross sectional area to assess earthwork quantity and will vary for plain terrain and hilly terrain, The cross section at each chainage of 10m are to be plotted on Auto CAD along with computation of cross sectional area for each ROB/RUB/LHS.
