Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. DJB SOR 37.1Up to 35 sq. mm. DJB SOR 37.1.1

Fabrication of MS Base Frame for above electrical panel.

Dismantle of upper part of Sluice Valve of size 600 mm dia. by cutting/ opening rusted nut and bolt by gas cutter and manual heavy labour.

Hiring of submersible pump for dewatering with DG Set.

Hiring of Long Boom Crane for fixing of Actuator on the Valve of size 600 mm dia.

Fixing of Actuator on the existing Sluice Valve of size 600 mm dia. with the help of above Adoption Kit, with proper alignment, grinding, welding etc.

Minor repairing of SS Spindle for smooth installation of Actuator including making of key.

Installation of MS Base Frame on floor including digging and civil work.

Making the setting of Actuator electrical connection with Actuator and electrical panel by using the Ferule, Packing etc.

All required Safety Equipment/ Articles as per NHRC Guidelines.

Testing and Commissioning of complete above work On-Load and No-Load including testing of level indication.
