The Minimum reserve price INR 20,35,700/- (GST shall be extra as applicable) put to the tender for operation and maintenance of the property (Package – 4). The bidder is required to quote Annual Rental Fee above the minimum reserve price annually. In case, the price quoted by the bidder is found less than the minimum reserve price, their bid shall liable to be rejected and authority shall have the right to forfeit the EMD of such bidder.
