Pr No-2000149356 2000149356 10 10 10 DEPLOYMENT OF WATER TANKER 24 MON Email : MADAN.DASH@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Madan Dash Item Details : Scope of work HIRING OF WATER TANKERS FOR SUPPLY OF DRINKING WATER IN NEARBY VILLAGES UNDER CSR INITIATIVES 1. Two water tankers to be hired with drivers. 2. Maximum 12 hours duty to be performed by both the tankers. 3. The tankers providing party will provide drivers and take care of the vehicle making necessary maintenance. 4. The vehicle drivers will conduct water distribution work according to the instruction of CSR Dept./CSR Lead. Helper will be provided by AM/NS India. Fuel will be filled through reservation by the CSR Lead and issued by Store Dabuna. 5. During breakdown of the tankers, the vendor will make necessary alternative arrangements without hampering the regular activity. 6. The activity will be monitored by CSR dept, and vendor will remain accountable to this department. 7. The break in the service will be impacted on day basis rent as deem fit. 8. Driver will follow all the instruction of CSR Lead and Contractor/Driver shall have no right to refuse. Item Note : HIRING OF TWO WATER TANKERS FOR SUPPLY OF DRINKING WATER
