2Dismantling old clariflocculator bridge completely by cutting it into parts by gas cutting and removing it from the tank without making any damages to the civil structure and staking it at suitable place at site for further disposal. including Desluding of Clf tank.This also includes dismantling of compound wall for access of crane & reconstruction of the same after commissioning of CLF bridge.
3Designing, providing, erecting and Commissioning new main bridge walkway, the bridge walkway shall be a lattice type girder fabricated from structural steel designed for self load, flocculator load, the suspender load and live load confirming to relevant IS.The walkway shall be a walkover bridge and shall have a width not less then 1.20 Mtr and shall extend upto a suitable point in the flocculator tankto accommodate one independent mechanical flocculator assembly on the central column.
4Providing and installing FRP gratings having C/C opening ( square grid ) 38x 38 and 30mm thk with GI railing of 32NB Pipe ( 3 Rows) 1 mtr height on both side along its total length for Main Bridge.
5Providing and appling epoxy chemical resistance coating 200 DFT for Main Bridge.
6Designing, providing, erecting and commissioning new secondary bridge perpendicular to the main bridge walkway, the new secondary bridge walkway shall be a lattice type girder designed for self load, flocculator load, the suspender load and live load confirming to relevant IS.
7Providing and installing FRP gratings having C/C opening ( square grid ) 38x 38 and 30mm thk with GI railing of 32NB Pipe ( 3 Rows) 1 mtr height on both side along its total length for secondary bridge.
8Providing and appling epoxy chemical resistance coating 200 DFT secondary bridge..
9Designing, providing, erecting and commissioning new independently driven flocculator assembly The flocculator assembly shall consist of following sub – assemblies. 1) Paddle assembly : The paddles of the paddle assembly shall be fabricated from M.S. flats of thickness not less than 6 mm. The area of the paddles shall be between 10% to 25% of the C/S area of the flocculator tank in vertical plane. The paddles shall be supported on a vertical M.S. shaft of diameter not less 75 mm. The paddle assembly shall rotate at Slow speed of peripheral speed of 0.3 m/sec to 0.6m/sec. 2)Flocculator drive assembly : Each flocculator will be driven by an independent drive assembly consisting of A 3 ph.,3 HP, 1440 rpm, 50 Hz. standard foot mounted electric motor of A SAU type worm gear reducer of suitable size and ratio for primary speed reduction .An vertical type worm gear reducer of adequate size and stirrer duty capacity and suitable ratio not less than 6 “ centre distance ( SAV-600) so as to sustain the torque developed at the flocculator shaft at slow speed. The drive assembly is supported on a sturdy base frame fabricated from ISMC 100 x 50 and m.s. angles The electric motor, gear box and the flocculator shaft are connected by flexible or rigid couplings as suitable. Theflocculator paddle assembly will be connected to thedrive assembly through a rigid coupling with epoxy chemical resistance coating of 200 DFT.
10Designing, providing, erecting and commissioning new central bearing assembly : - The new central bearing assembly shall consist of imported thrust bearing having adequate vertical load carrying capacity of not less than 25 ton to carry the vertical load of the equipment and two radial ball bearings to counter the radial load of the walkway. The bearings are housed in a bearing housing fabricated from high grade seamless pipes specially used for manufacturing heavy duty bearings and high carbon steel plate having high shear strength properties. The fabricated housing is machined on high precision lathe machine and cylindrical grinding machine to close tolerances required for press fit of N-9 grade. The housing along with the outer race of radial ball bearing shall rotate where as the inner face of the bearing shall be press fit on a spindle with plate . The spindle with plate is fabricate from high carbon high chromium steel machined on high precision lathe machine and cylindrical grinding machine to close tolerances to achieve N-9 finish. The bearing assembly also provided with hinge pin joint to cope the misalignment caused due to level difference if any between the traction path and central shaft top. The central bearing assembly is welded to a base plate or a foundation plate which is firmly anchored to the central column. The bridge walkway is supported on the bearing assembly via a sturdy central support frame fabricated from M.S channel and angle. The bearing assembly shall be provided with greasing /oiling arrangement and arrangement for installation of 6 ring current collector with epoxy chemical resistance coating of 200 DFT.
11Designing, providing, erecting and commissioning End carriage assembly : Consisting of a sturdy m. s. trolley with required degree or curvature suitable for smooth circular motion of the bridge walkway and an independent drive assembly consisting of worm gear reducer of adequate size and capacity not less than (SAU-700) driven by a three phase electric motor of adequate rating and power not less than 3 phase 5 HP electric motor, the gearbox shaft shall be coupled to the electric motor by suitable coupling of adequate size and capacity, the drive assembly shall be mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated from ISMC 100 x 50. The end carriage along with the total equipment shall rotate on two high carbon wheels,. The wheels shall be supported by self align bearings housed in cast iron pedestal housing. The drive assembly shall also be provided with suitable chain drive to derive necessary speed with epoxy chemical resistance coating of 200 DFT.
12Designing, providing, erecting and commissioning new inner suspender assembly in the flocculator tank. The new inner suspender assembly shall consist of framed structure fabricated from m. s. structural steel such as angles and (not less than ISA 65 X 65 X 6) channels of adequate size and section, this item also includes providing m. s. steel scrappers with neoprene rubber squeezes,( not less than 8 mm thick) all the hardware used shall be S.S 304 with epoxy chemical resistance coating of 200 DFT.
13Designing, providing, erecting and commissioning of outer suspender assembly in the clarifier tank : - new Outer suspender assembly in the flocculator tank. The new outer suspender assembly shall consist of framed structure fabricated from m. s. structural steel such as angles and (not less than ISA 65 X 65 X 6) channels of adequate size and section, this item also includes providing m. s. steel scrappers with neoprene rubber squeezes,( not less than 8 mm thick) all the hardware used shall be S.S 304 with epoxy chemical resistance coating of 200 DFT.
14ELECTRICAL WORKS This item includes designing, providing and installation of outdoor type new electric control panel. The new electric control panel shall be a cubical panel with canopy fabricated from 16 SWG C.R. Sheet with powder coating. The panel shall consist of a main incomer in the from of 32 amp MCB., 4, 16 amp MCBS as isolation switches, 5 DOL motor starters. All the parts in the panel shall be interconnected by copper wire. This item also includes supplying and laying of suitable armored aluminum cable from current collector to all drive motors via the control panel. This item also includes supply andinstallation of 6 ring copper current collector including carbon brush holder , carbon brush , including backelite rods. This item also includes replacement of old underground cable from main panel to slipring.
