The cost of the same are deemed to beincluded in the rates quoted for the item.(c) In case of Cellular communication such as 4G, NBIOT, 5G etc, the meter should be demonstrated working with more than one telecom service provider available in all the areas/stations covered under this contract.(d) Meter should be integrable to third party software. Meter vender should provide all the necessary protocols and passwords including LLS key, HLS key, authentication passwords, encryption password.(e) Meter shall be supplied with repeater battery backup of RTC (f) The rates quoted for this items are deemed to be inclusive of all other additional works including materials which is not mentioned here but need to be executed for proper and smooth functioning of pre paid smart meter system. |

| 11 | Supply and Configuration of the Web based Software with following modules:(i) Meter Data Management Module :-The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator meter and make the data available to the billing system.The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:(a) Real time energy monitoring with 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency.(b) Monthly billing survey data for Cumulative energy and max demand(ii) Postpaid /Prepaid Billing Module :-The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required. |
| 12 | (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module:-The system would support occupation / vacation and billing reports.the software would be collecting data from meter. The software would provide access to authorised MES rep as well as the occupant for the data.(iv) Web site Acces: There would be a dedicated website for the GE/AGE (as administrative)and BSO(as transectional) team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES staff would also have the access of the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use).(v) Customer Portal:- The system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis. |

| 15 | Note : (a) The software would contain two year defect liability including all operating expenses such as GPRS charges, hosting charges, sim charges etc.(b) One bank account detail will be provided by MES. The cost of integration of payment gateway with software and bank account deemed be included in the quoted rates.
