38Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatmentincluding preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.
39Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofingtreatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls,reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway andbridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drumof the ready-mix truck, using integral crystalline admixture @ 0.80%(minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter ofconcrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer’sspecification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
40Providing and laying coursed masonry with Delhi Quartzite (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
41Providing and laying coursed masonry with Delhi Quartzite dressed stone in plinth and upto 4m height with cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in courses and bond stones to be added, pattern as per design & drawing,butt jointed, with a joint width of not more than 6mm, in cement mortar 1 : 2 (1cement : 2 stone dust) mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab including recessed pointing, curing, cleaning etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 42Providing and laying 125 mm thick Delhi Quartzite dressed stone in bands of average thickness 100-130 mm in bands, pattern as per design & drawingover 20 mm (average) thick base of cement 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) butt jointed, with a joint width of not morethan 6 mm, in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab including recessed pointing, curing, cleaning etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. No mortar is to be visible on the surface.
43Fine chisel dressed sand stone flooring over 30 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) with joints 3mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar.
