| 2 | The package substation shall consist of:• 630A, 6.6kV, 3 phase,50Hz, 25kA for 1 second, VCB Breaker Panel • 1250kVA, 6.6kV/433V, ONAN, Dyn11, OCTC with tapping range of ±5% in steps of 2.5%, 3 Phase, Oil type, efficiency class-2 as per latest IS 1180: 2021, Distribution Transformer with standard fittings. Ammeter shall be Class 1.0.• 415V, 3 Phase, 50Hz, 50kA for 1 second, MV Switchboard with 2000A ACB incomer, 1 No. of 400A MCCB feeder, 4 Nos. 250A MCCB feeders, 4 Nos. 160A MCCB feeders & 4 No. 63 A MCCB feeder asoutgoing.• KWH Meters in incomer & all outgoing feeders of MV switchboard required for billing of construction power supply.• Lighting system inside substation• Lighting distribution system• APFC panel with required protection- 200 kVAR with incomer of 400 A MCCB, 8 step APFC Relay, Indicating lamps, Digital VAF meters, CTs.Cap bank details: 50 KVAR- 3 nos. with 125 A MCCB, Capacitor duty contactor, Lamps & Push buttons, 25 KVAR- 2 nos. with 63 A MCCB, Capacitor duty contactor, Lamps & Push buttons. All incoming and outgoing ACB & MCCBs shall be with 4 pole design.• All protection & metering as required.Suitable rating of DC Power pack for control circuit of HV switchgear shall be included in the supply. |
