    Auction Sale of Property - Financial Assets (Debtors, Advances and Other Financial Assets)Note – 1Financial Assets includes outstanding debtors, advances and other financial assetsof the Corporate Debtor held before 30.10.2018 and outstanding/unrealized as on date. Interested persons may get its detail from Liquidator after providing their intent to purchase along with confidentiality agreement and Declaration showing their eligibility u/s 29A of IBC. Financial Assets of CD are backed by only the Accounting Entries for the period before 30.10.2018 and there may not be enough records/documents/information to substantiate the same. Financial Assets will be sold on as is where is basis by sale/transfer of recovery rights. These can also be transferred on assignment basis with the approval of Stakeholders Consultation Committee.The Financial Assets put on auction, as aforesaid, do not include:- any recoveries made or to be made as a result of Applications under section 43, 45, 50, 66 and other Applications, if any, to NCLT.- Cash or balance in banks or FDs.- Financial Assets already realized as on date of Auction. Liquidator shall provide the information asked for the eligible bidders, only during their visit for inspection to the office of Liquidator, at their own cost. Liquidator shall not be bound to provide information to them by email or any other form of communication. Liquidator shall not be bound to provide copy or extracts of the documents/information of the CD.Cognizance should be taken of the fact that the liquidator does not give any assurance or warranty of the recoverability of financial assets and their suitability for any sort of operation that the bidder envisages.
