M25 balcony around the tank at the junction point of vertical wall and conical wall. Proper railing of 20mm dia medium class G.I. pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, around the balcony, at each landing and from landing with top ring beam upto manhole on the top dome and at the periphery of top dome. The G.I. Pipes will be supported on M.S. posts made of or RCC post, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5m.Proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia. along with an R.C.C. cover of minimum 1.50m dia and with mosquito net of standard quality along with expanded metaled jali between top dome and RCC cover. Water level indicator fabricated with good quality minimum 45mm x 45mm x 6mm M.S. angle with indicator board scale made 50x50x6mm M.S. angle section, of 3mm thick M.S. plate should have a clear width of minimum 25cm painted with good paint with brass wire rope, pulley, copper ball float, pointer etc. Lightening conductor should be as per I.S.S.2309 or its latest amendments of latest electricity rules. C.I. manhole cover of min 60x60cm size with locking arrangement, Supply, fixing & jointing of C.I.D./F Pipes (for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow pipes) and specials, duck foot bend and fixing of the sluice valve at outlet and wash put pipe with all specials; construction of sluice valve chamber, floor and apron with semi circular drain around the apron with 25mm PCC 1:2:4 over 75 mm PCC 1:4:8, Apex painting on outer surface of OHT, painting on MS ladder, railing, vertical pipe etc. as per approved make; excavation in all type of soil and all other works required for proper and complete construction
