Supply Of Furniture For Furnishing Of Conference Hall Room No. 36 In Part-C, Administrative Block, Cdlu, Sirsa-- 1 CONFERENCE TABLE - 14200 x (2400+1600) x 750mm(H)Providing and placing Conference table with table top fabricated out of 25mm thick block board finished with 4mm thick decorative white oak veneer finished with PU Polish having Ten(10) - 8(2x) modules Pop-up Type flush mounting boxes( Matt Aluminium finish) equipped with Arteor socket outlet,with white oak edging made to shape as per drawing and shall be supported on support pillars made out of Hard wood members with white oak beading and with white oak skirting 19mm x 100mm made to shape to achieve proper geometry, all exposed Wooden/Veneer work shall be finished in PU Polish, complete in all respect to be manufactured strictly as per Drawing no. F-01 & F-02. 2 CONFERENCE UNITS - 1500 x 450 x 750mm(H)Providing and placing conference unit fabricated out of 19mm/ 12mm/ 6mm thick commercial ply complete in all respect as per drawing. Table top to be fabricated with pre polished 19mm thick granite top of approved shade with edges moulded, over 19mm thick commercial ply, storage shall comprise of 1 rows of filing drawers, drawers shall be fitted with drawer slides, customise wooden handles etc., external exposed surfaces shall be finished with 4.0mm thick white oak veneer, Rear and all internal surfaces and back with 0.8mm thick laminate. Shutters to be fabricated out of 19mm thick commercial ply finished with 4.0mm thick white oak veneer, all exposed wooden/veneer work shall be finished in PU Polish, complete in all respect to be manufactured strictly as per Drawing no. F-01 & F-03. 3 CHAIRPERSON CHAIRProviding and placing high back revolving chair. The overall dimensions of the chair shall be 76.1cm x 76.1cm x (113.6-131.1cm). The seat height shall be 44.5cm-54.5cm. The cushioned seat and back is made of injection moulded Plastic outer and Inner. Plaster inner is upholstered with stitched cover and moulded high Resilience Polyurethane foam of density 45kg per meter cube. The stitched cover is made from spacer fabric and leatherette. Seat size shall be 47cm x 48cm. The Back size shall be 45cm x 75.5cm. The armrests top is moulded from PU and mounted on to a drop lift adjustment type tubular armrest support made of 3.8cm diameter x 0.2cm thick MS ERW tube. The armrest height is adjustable uptp 6.5cm in 5 steps. The armrest structure is powder coated upto 40-60 microns. It shall have active bio synchro mechanism with features like 360-degree revolving, front pivot tilt mechanism, tilt tension adjustment, 5-position tilt limiter, etc. Seat depth adjustment is integrated in the seat through a sliding mechanism. Seat depth adjustment range is 6cm. It shall also have adjustable back support. Back frame is connected to Up/Down mechanism housed in plastic T spine. It can be adjusted from 7.2cm for comfortable back support to suit individual need. The pneumatic height adjustment has a stroke of 10cm. The pedestal is injection moulded in black 33 % glass filled Nylon 66 and fitted with 5 nos. of twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 66cm pitch center dia complete in all respects as per Drawing no.
