Name of Work: Installation of Solar Operated Purified Drinking Water facility through stand post at Balapara Primary School, Chapadanga GP, under Kranti Dev. Block, Jalpaiguri.

1Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm
2Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.
3Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
4Cement concrete with 30 mm downgraded shingles excluding shuttering In ground floor. (B) With N.B. Variety stone metal. a) 1:3:6 proportion
5Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (ii ) River Bazree
6Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation
7Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL
8Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:6 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster
9125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.
10Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.
11Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surfaceincluding scrapping the same throughly as per manufacturer\"s specification. Two coats.
12M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approvedmake and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. ii) For other Structural works like galleries etc.
13Drilling borehole by Rig machine with Odex-115 (Simultaneous driving of casing pipe) method of drilling through any kind of soil, boulder, rock etc. upto the required depth. This item includes the cost of hiring of Rig machine, Compressor, Supporting vehicle and other machinery & equipments with operators, drivers, laborers etc. Proportionate cost of drilling tools and accessories such as Hammer, Pilot bit, Reamer bit, Guide device, Guide sleeve etc. Cost of consumable materials like fuel & lubricants, electrode for welding, any other relatedquipment, materials and service etc. a). GL to 60 mtr.
14Lowering and placing of filter assembly of required length and Extraction and partening off the casing pipe of required length.
15Mobilisation and transportion of the Rig machine and its accessories and others materials, etc. to the site.
16Development of the tubewell by Air Compressor and BHT/ other suitable pump and Yield Testing by BHT/ other suitable pumping machinery upto the satisfaction of EIC. It includes arrangement of all machinery, supply of fuel & lubricants, laborers, any others etc.
17Supply and delivery of 128 mm ID/139 mm OD MSERW fin cut pipe
18Supply and delivery of 80 mm dia x 3 mtr. Long HDPE Jacketed Strainer
19Supply and delivery of Bit tube (0.67mtr. Long) for Odex-115
20Supply and delivery of Casing Shoe (for Odex-115)
21Supply and delivery of Packer Assembly (for Odex-115)
22Supply and delivery of MS TW Specials (Clamp, Cap, Bail plug, Lugs, Ring etc.)
23Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). 40 mm dia (column pipe)

25Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting willbe made seperately) 25 mm dia.
26Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting willbe made seperately) 15 mm dia.
27Construction of soak gallery (600 mm X 450 mm) with two layers of jhama metal/Brick bats (38 mm to 50 mm size) 150 mm thick and 3 layers of dry brick flats in between the layers of jhama metal leaving an opening of 100 mm X 150 mm in section along the G.L. as per sketch including cutting trenches in required grade,back filling and compacting to its original G.L. etc. complete including costs of labour and materials.
28Supplying P.V.C water storage tank of approved quality wiyh closed top with lid (Black)- (b) 1000 litre capacity.

S& F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mt. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly aboveground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level asbelow: By ISI - Medium GI pipe.
31Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightningprotection with 3\" X1.5\" G.I pipe of 4 mts height with baseflange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (lSI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mrn dia 6 mmthick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia G.I pipe (medium) 3.0 mts. long and 1 X 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washersincluding socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimblesand S& F40 mm dla GI pipe (lSI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. (Provision of one lightning protection for each structure).
32PV Module Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing solar Photo Volatic Module 300 Wp, 40 V on existing iron frame structure each 156 mm Monocrystalline Silicon solar cells laminated between sheet of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and high transmissivity 3 mm tempered glass conforming to IEC 61215 (revised) specifications or equivalent National or International Standards. The power output of the module(s) under STC should be a minimum of 300 W. The operating voltage corresponding to the power output mentioned above should be 56 V. The open circuit voltage of the PV modules under STC should be atleast 57 volts. The terminal box IP 65 protection level on the module should have a provision for opening for replacing module. (1200 Wp)
33Pump Controller Unit (PCU)Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing pump controller unit consisting with PCU switching elements MOSFET type of charger PWM with MPPT technology input from PV 800V max to 370V DC, 1 to 1.5 HP, single phase with protection short circuit,. Deep discharge. Input surge Voltage, over current , battery reserve Polanty, Solar Array reverse polanty dielectric strength 1.1 KV between input/output and ground with EMI protections removed cooling forced with temperature sensitive fan operation ambient temperature 50 degree celcius (mx) operating humidity 95 % maximum assembly/ mounting as per normal industrial practice finish epoxy power costing cableentry from rear preferably of 200 mm above ground level all system parameters shall be displayed system parameters LCD display such as battery voltage, output (load) voltage, load current etc.(Kriloskar/Sukram/Exide) make suitable for AC motor.
34Supply, installation, testing & lowering of 1 HPAC solar submersible pump motar set suitable for operating under solar operation all complete. (kriloskar make).
35Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of iron filteration unit for clean, clear and fresh water.
36Supply and fixing information sign board 1000 X 500 mm fabricated with M.S sheet 18 SWG and ISA frame 25 X 25 X 4 mm including painting and lettering with approved paint.
37Maintenance for five years from the date of installation. Maintenace will not include theft or loss or externally damage of installed material or breakage of material at field - Solar Module & water pump. (10 % for Item No- 1,2 & 3)
