| 119 | NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM No.-72:- (i) Cost of spares including refrigerent for charging and rewinding /replacement of condensor fan motors, compressor, blower fan etc if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item (ii) In case of multiple complaints to be attended on daily basis, the contractor will be liable to deploy adequate resources and manpower to address the complaints in specified time frame failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be affected from the due payments of the contractor.
