1Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc.,in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the followingdepth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling, ramming and achieving 95% modified proctor density at the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(if water encountered during excavation , it shall be drained out by proper dewatering arrangements and power supply required for dewatering shall borne by the contractor.) Note: 1. Proper compaction shall be carried out at the founding level with a suitable roller of adequate capacity. 2. Refilling shall be done in layers of not more than 300mm (loose).
2All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1Km
3All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1Km
4Engineered back fillingwith selected earth including excavation from borrow pits with a lead upto 60 km filling in layer of not more than 300 mm, each layer well rammed and consolidated including water consolidation etc complying with standard specification. Note : 1) Necessary permission from state authorities for bringing the required earth will be the responsibility of the contractor. 2) The quality of earth required for the work shall be got approved for borrow pits outside the property within a lead upto 60 km from EIC before supply. 3) Necessary Testing to be carried out for compaction and as directed by the Engineer all as per specification, including excavation, loading transporting, depositing in loose layers of each 300 mm thickness, after removing / breaking clods etc. watering to optimum moisture content and compacting each layer to 95 % of maximum dry density etc., all as specified and as directed by the EIC.
5Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids of tensile stength minimum 20kN/m, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The required testing for qualification will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)
6Dewatering from trenches, sump, foundation structure using electrical submersible or suitable pump of required capasity with necessary arrangements to the nearest storm water drain or at places shown as directed by EIC including HDPE pipe, maintenance of the system, cost of spares, idling, labour for operation etc. Mode of measeurement will be power consumption in KWh. Note: This item will be operated during abnormal bad weather, surface run off from outside scope of work only.
7Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement crushed stone sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.
8Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alrond the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetr of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations i) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work ot be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.
9Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing in a mix place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

11Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

13Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.
14M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level
15M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete for all floors
16Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm andbelowmachine crushed graded stone aggregate including making perforations in precast slab as per drawing weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts,preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever neededexcluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing,specification and as directed by Engineer. Note:1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of PPC Cement per cu.m. of concrete.Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture.Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
17Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. For further details please see Clause 11 of Section VIII, General Information for Guidance of Tenderers.
18Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels for transom & mullions including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
19Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment"s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc.Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, MS/CS pipes,square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
20Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like chequered plates including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
21Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.
22Providing, fabricating and fixing hand rail using SS304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / mat polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, speciifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before starting of work at site.This work to be exceuted through approved specialized agency.
23Supplying, providing and laying 200mm thick Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1) density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m of grade C 4.0 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc.,with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.
24Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm Grade C (4.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
25Providing and laying Integral cement based treatment using rough Kota stone for water proofing on horizontal surfaces at all depth below ground level for under ground structures including testing for leak-proof ness with guarantee bond for a period 10 years etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and consisting of 1) 1st layer of 20 mm thick approved rough kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 mm over a 25 mm thick base of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately).Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. 2) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. 3) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 6 to 10 mm nominal size spreading at closer spacing embedded in the 2nd layer.
26Providing and laying Integral cement based treatment for water proofing on vertical surfaces by fixing specified stone slab 20 mm thick rough Kota stone with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofingcompound in recommended proportion complete at all levels including testing for leak-proof ness with guarantee bond for a period 10 years etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, Installing and securing in position during the concreting, fusing butt joint welding and testing the joints and fixing in position PVC water stops in all insitu-concrete works including cost of material, labour and all operations at all levels etc.,as per specifications and as directed by Engineer In-charge.
27Surface Ribbed type 230 mm wide 5 mm thick
28Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.
29Providing and applying minimum 20 mm thick external Sand faced cement sand plaster in two coats, first coat to be 12 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including mixing approved pure acrylic based polymer modified cementations water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer in both the layers, keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive sand faced treatment. Second coat to be 8 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), finishingthe surface, bytaking out grains or keeping the surface rough to receive finishing work or as required to receive specified architectural external finish, to correct line, plumb and level to external faces of walls, soffits/ceiling if any, independent double legged scaffolding, plastering precast concrete, window sills, RCC cornices, makingwattas, drip moulds, pattas etc, curing, cleaning, at all levels, complete all as directed by EIC.
30Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
31Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm, thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufactures specification, "lmpermo" or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.
32Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
33Providing and fixing chicken-mesh reinforcement of 1.5mm dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 10 to 13mm, fixing using nails, including cutting of required sizes complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
34Providing and fixing in position 25mm thick High Density Thermocole having minimum density of 20 kg/cum in expansion joint gap filling, machine foundation,including cutting to required sizes, wrapping with 500 micron thick polyethylene sheet, etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
35Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, construction joints, expansion joints and at all locationsas specified in the drawings, using approved Bitumastic compound joint sealant including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the EIC.
36Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with Metallic concrete hardener topping consisting of under layer 38 mm thick using N30 grade concrete with graded stone aggregate 20 mm size and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2(1 cement + ironite hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate6 mm nominal size) by volume,in which 1 part ironite hardening compound is mixed to 4 part cement by weight or as per manufacturers specifications, including providing & fixing glass dividing strip of 40x3 mm wherever required, necessary compaction, filling joints, neat cement finish, curing, cleaning the base etc. complete all as directed by the EIC
37Supplying and laying approved quality Polished Vitrified floor tiles of size(600mmx600mm or 300x300 size) 9 to 10mm thick Kajaria/ Asian/ Nitco or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15622 first quality in pattern / combination as shown in drawing,over 40mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4, to achieve total final floor finish of 50mm thickness, jointed with neat cement slurry mixd with pigment to match the shade of tiles including all materials, labour, tool etc., complete all as per schedule drawings / specification and as directed by EIC. Note: Sample shall be submitted and got approved by EIC before procurement.
38Supplying and laying approved quality Anti-Skid Vitrified floor tiles of size(600mmx600mm or 300x300 size) 9 to 10mm thick Kajaria/ Asian/ Nitco or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15622 first quality in pattern / combination as shown in drawing,over 40mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4, to achieve total final floor finish of 50mm thickness, jointed with neat cement slurry mixd with pigment to match the shade of tiles including all materials, labour, tool etc., complete all as per schedule drawings / specification and as directed by EIC. Note: Sample shall be submitted and got approved by EIC before procurement.
39Providing and laying 50mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
40Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming to IS 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour, etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.
41Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.
42Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
43Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from cracks, fissures & flake with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angies as per design and pattern required over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile, properly finished in al respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.
44In Dadoslaid over 12mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:3
45Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, making uniform height, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed y the Engineer.
46Providing and fixing VITRIFIED tiles in skirtingin different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laidin skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3including machine/hand cutting to required size & SHape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.
47150mm high skirting laid over 12mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:3
48Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for under relevant item) NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.
