| 6 | Runner Assembly:-Dismantling of runner assembly with removal of calcium includes: -a) shifting of runner assembly to factory for all repairing & testing works.b) Measuring and recording bucket profile dimensions.c) Profile making in spare bucket w face area, maintaining equal space between bucket to bucket in all buckets by welding with 3.15mm D&H, L&T, ESAB make electrode 309 MO, grinding, machining, and balancing of Runner. Maintaining Final dimension as per drawing for full load output capacity in all respect including all man & material required for proper completion of work.d)Rectification/ repair of cracks to be checked by DP test, Blow holes inside and outside of buckets, between bucket to bucket and W face area, inside buckets and both sides runner face.e)Rectification/repair to be checked by DP test, Blow holes in inside and outside of buckets, between bucket to bucket and W face including replacement of all fixing bolts & nuts. |

Voltage drop test, insulation resistance test and Impedance test of rotor poles before dismantling & after overhauling. Painting of rotor surface with two coats of insulation paint after complete surface treatment including all man and material required for proper completion of work. |
| 13 | Stator Winding:-Thorough cleaning of stator winding by Electra clean/ suitable cleaning agent. Re-insulation with class-F insulation by Dr. beck make epoxy Gel. Insulation resistance test of all three phases of stator winding. Painting of stator surface with two coats of insulation paint after complete surface treatment including all man and material required for proper completion of work. |
