Precast terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes upto 12mm, in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on 12 mmthick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cementslurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbingand polishing complete with tiles of : Light shade pigment using white cement

Providing and fixing hand rail of single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) approved size etc. to hand rail and similar works as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Frame size 45 x70mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: one or more coats on old work.

Dismantlingvery carefully the existing staircase made out of Teak wood hand rails of size 150mmx45mm and staing the all dismantledmaterials with in IICT-Campus as directed by engineer incharge with all required leads and lifts etc complete.

Providing 12 mm thick plaster on both affected and unaffected surface areas of ceiling and other RCC members plastered including for new workswith mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand )

Extra for averageoverall thickness of 25mm plastering to ceilingsin CM (1:3) instead of 12.0 mm thick in CM (1:3) at all levels for old works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Extra Thickness beyond 12mm thick shall be measured in cum for payment)

Providing and Applying a bond coat of Nitobond-EP\" of FOSROC product to the exposed surfaces of all structural members i.e., slabs, beams, columns etc., as per the manufacturers specifications at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.assumed coverage of 1.26 sqm per 1-lit or 0.80 litre per 1.0 sqm.

Exposing the corroded steel around its full circumferenceand cleaning the same to remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits by hard brush with emery paper or, by any suitable mechanical means as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, so as to get bright conditions and removing the corrosion deposits from pits and imperfections within its surface by compressed air and water at a high pressure. Providing and applying one full coat of anti corrosive treatment of epoxy(Nitozinc primer of FOSROC Product) or any other approved compound over the cleaned and prepared surface as per manufacturers specifications including, providing, sprinkling silica sand on freshlycoated reinforcement to have a proper bond.
