The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company from where the DG set is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the requirements as per CPCB norms of 75dBA @1m at 75%load under free field conditions. b. Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c. Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50 degree Celsius enclosure temperature. d.
