| 2 | 110.17:Providing and Placing of precast RCC benches (chair bench with back Rest) using Cement Concrete grade M-30 consisting of 2 No. L-Shaped base support of thickness 100 mm having Back height 1000mm, front height 450mm and Base width 620mm having 5 No. of RCC planks 1500x100x50 mm and one number plank of size 1500x200x50mm in the approved colour and shade; The minimum weight of MS Reinforcement bar in the base support will be 3.4 Kg having 4 Nos. 8 mm dia M.S. Bar distributed along the section and periphery of the legs with sufficient No of 4 mm dia MS stirrups. Each base support will have 3 Nos. 12mm dia (2 Nos. 40mm and one number 65 mm long) galvanised coupling nuts welded suitably to the main reinforcement at appropriate locations so as to receive bolts for fixing of seats of concrete planks on base support and 3 holes to received carriage bolts for fixing back rest planks. The minimum weight of MS reinforcement bar in the plank of 200 mm wide will be 4.4kg and of 100mm wide 2.9 kg. All the RCC Planks will have 2 holes of 14mm dia at appropriate location, so as to receive 12mm dia galvanized bolts for foxing on the base support. One of the planks of size 1500x100x50 mm shall be engraved in the centre at the back with letter SDMC or as directed by Engineer in Charge, 2 planks of size 1500x100x50mm and 1 plank of size 1500x200x50mm will be bolted to coupling nuts provided inthe base support of both sides with 2 number of 12mm dia and 65mm long galvanized steel CSK bolts and one Eva Washer for each bolt to form a seat; 3 planks of size 1500x100x50mm will be bolted to coupling nuts provided in both the base support to form back rest with 6 Nos. (Two Nos. in each plank) half threaded carriage bolts and nuts of size 165m long and 8mm dia with Eva and steel washers. The holes visible at the back side of the bench will be sealed with cement mortar after assembling. Side edges of all the planks shall be painted with acrylic bases paint of approved colour and shade and front portion of seating and back rest planks shall be polished to give glossy finish complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | 110.20:Providing and fixing of precast RCC chair bench with arm rest each bench consists of 2 no, L-shaped base support in grey cement colour (thickness 80 mm x90 mm, 890 mm back height; 450 mm front height with base width 690 mm) and 1 no. reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500 mm x 400 mm x 50 mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500 x 425 mm x 50 mm total height of the bench 890 mm manufactured using cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) using vibro compaction process reinforced suitably to promote long use and to prevent damage during handling. Transportation & erection, all parts are joined together with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assemebly, bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive water proof coating so as to make surface glossy and water proof and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | 110.21:Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade: 304) S-type curved shape bench without back rest of approved design complete having finished seating width 430 mm, height 450 mm, and having four equally distanced legs (supports) made up of stainless steel plate of geometrical shape of alphabet 'X' of 14 SW gauge having width at top 430 mm, at center 220 mm, finished thickness 60 mm and height 510 mm as per approved drawing. The seat is to be made of 13 nos of hollow stainless steel pipes of outer dia 15.88 mm and wall thickness of SW gauge 14 with required curvature of length 3.0 metre welded with argon welding with SS welding rods as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. The bench is to be embedded in 60 mm thick cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size block of size 460x20x20 mm including excavation of pits for four concrete block complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Minimum weight of SS bench shall not be less than 50 kg per bench) Note: (i) For weight less than 50 kg, recovery on pro rate base shall be made ii ) No payment shall be made for weight more than 50 kg iii) Grade of steel for leg/support and pipe shall be got tested |
| 5 | 110.26:Providing and Fixing Victorian type garden bench of approved design having both side arms made of moulded single piece cast iron having weight not less than 48kg with back height 720mm (+/- 5mm) and seating height 390mm (approx). Both side arms of bench shall be connected with 11 numbers M.S. Tubes rectangular type 65x25mm and 16 SW guage thick of length 1500mm for seating and back purpose with extra support of seatingposition of bench with 25x25mm M.S. Flat. The bench shall have the provision of hold fasts fixed with all the four legs embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of blocks of size 0.23x0.23x0.30 metre including excavation of pits for four concrete blocks including primer and painting with approved quality of enamel paint like Berger, Asian, Nerolac Paints etc. Minimum weight of bench shall be 90kg per bench (The weight of all the steel and cast iron members as mentioned above). The work shall be executed as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1: The rate is inclusive of the cost of CC Block and excavation. 2: For weight less than 90kg recovery on pro-rata base shall be made. 3: No payment shall be made for weight more than 90kg. |
