Value of earth-resistance as tested individually for each earthing as well as the combined value after interconnecting earthing through GI earth strip must be less than 1 ohm. Watering the existing earthing (i/c addition of salt, if required) also to be done by the firm for achieving desired earth results wherever existing earthing found dry.(Note: One job implies one earth-pit, irrespective of the number of earth-pits at one site. However, the item shall be measured and paid only in case existing earthing results are satisfactory and existing old earthing need not to be replaced with new earthing) |
| 2 | SITC OF MAINTENANCE-FREE CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR TELECOM TOWERS: Earthing with COPPER BONDED STEEL EARTH PIPE ELECTRODE 3.0 MTR LONG, 17.2mm diameter having uniform copper bonding of minimum 250micron thickness all around the steel electrode (UL approved & CPRI tested) and having pointed tip bottom and copper coated clamp- at top- having 4 holes for connecting earth-strip & M10 x 35mm SS nut-bolt and spring washers including accessories and providing Heavy-duty of 2000 Kgs load bearing capacity poly-plastic/HDPE weatherproof enclosure of suitable size (not less than 250mm deep x 300mm wide) with cover plate having locking arrangement including digging the earth pit of suitable dia. and depth in ground (soft/hard bed) and refilling the same with maintenance-free environmental friendly semi-soluble, non-corrosive, conductivity improving mineralback-fill compound (25kg-30kg) etc. complete as required including testing the earthing results with digital earth-meggar. | 9 | Providing and fixing testing joint FRP Box Size 200 mm SITC OF LIGHTENING ARRESTOR FOR TELECOM TOWERS: Providing and fixing of lightning-arrestor made of 25mm dia. hollow tubular copper finial 1500mm longhaving minimum 1.6mm wall thickness and five number copper spikes at top, 140mmx140mmx6mm thick G.I. base plate including holes, nut-bolts and other fixing arrangements etc. complete as required as per approved drawing. The lightening arrestor shall have lower 130mm portion of the finial threading and duly tinned. The Lightening Arrestor shall be fixed to the tower with a Teflon sheet/ Earthing insulator to avoid direct contact with the tower. |
| 10 | SITC OF LOW INTENSITY LED TYPE TWIN AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT ON TELECOM TOWERS: SITC of Low Intensity LED type TWIN Aviation Obstruction Light with photo-sensor, having die-cast aluminium housing, Red Polycarbonate dome (or Red coloured LED with white polycarbonate dome) for better illumination, integral driver, IP 65 protection and suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz single phase AC supply (with wide operating voltage range 100V to 270V AC), inbuilt protection against short-circuit and surge, complete with mounting fixture as per specifications including making connection etc. complete as reqd. . The aviation light fixing/mounting arrangement shall be made out of 300mm long 25.4mm dia. tube complete with threading and nut-bolts etc. as per approved drawings |
