| 1 | Providing adequate manpower, tools/ tackles etc. for periodical maintenance of the entire garden area sweeping the lawn area daily, lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering by mechanical sprinkler (excluding rainy days), mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works. once in a month and maintain the lawn in lush green through out contract period and disposal of cut plants within plant premises or upto 2 kms lead etc.disposing the waste material to the burning yard (within a week after cutting) and burning the same under controlled fire conditions etc.complete and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide will be paid separately & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) |
| 2 | Providing manpower, tools/tackles etc. for renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn and lush green condition free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of manure (Cost of manure will be paid separately). |
| 3 | Providing manpower, tools/tackles etc. for periodical maintenance of hedge/plantby loosening the bed soil once in month, applying farm yard manure once in month, mixing the farm yard, cutting the hedge once in a month to line, level & design, daily watering the soil bed, making chennels, disposal of cut plants within plant premises or upto 2 kms lead etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.NOTE:Unit of measurement is per sqm per month. Length at the top width is taken into account for the sake of measuremnt. However complete hedge maintenanace as indicated above shall be done and the Rate shall be Quoted accordingly. |
| 4 | Providing manpower, tools/tackles etc. for maintenance of trees/ plants/ flowerbed/flower pots (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval, daily watering, weeding, pruning,loosening the soil once in month & application of fertilizer to plant etc complete as and when required and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.(Fertilizer will be paid separately) |
| 5 | Providing manpower, all toools/tackles and materials etc.and applying of Pesticides to control the termites, Insecticides and pests in lawn and plants with Chlorpyriphos 20% EC, Mono crotophos 36% SL and Premise 30.50% IP or Equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Supplying and staking of farmyard manure for plants, lawns etc. every alternate months, including transportion, spreading, watering etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. |
| 7 | Supplying, transplanting and maintaining in good conditionseasonal seedlings(3 varieties in 3 seasons) by deploying manpower including cost of labour, necessary manure etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.(Cost of manure will be paid separately) |

| 10 | Cleaning the grass and uprooting undesired plant/bushes havinggirth upto 10 cms measured at a height of 1 mts from groung level, disposing the waste material to the burning yard (within a week after cutting) and burning the same under controlled fire conditions etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. |
| 11 | Prepration & Supply of Flower Bouquets not less than 200 dia for the every month retirement program and welcome of delegates in HWPM Plant as directed by Engineer - in - charge. |
