| 1 | Desilting of road side Storm Water drains, seasonal flow open drains, covered drains, culverts, pipe drain etc. by excavation and taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags & all type offloating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish by manual or any other suitable mechanical method and disposal of this desilted material, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags & all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish received after desilting of drains for all lifts & lead upto 50 meters as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all the above operations. The payment of this item will be made on submission of original slip of authorized MCD dumping ground including submitting the weekly album 2 Nos. of at least 20 coloured photographs (2 hard copies of each coloured photograph of postcard size) and a digital soft copy of the entire album.(Initial Cleaning/1st operation of desilting to be completed as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge) |

| 4 | Providing services of beldar Keeping road side Storm Water drains, seasonal flow open drains, covered drains, culverts, pipe drain etc. in running condition/flowing condition & operational throughout the entire agreement period after the completion of initial cleaning by excavation and taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags & all type offloating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 8 | Disposal of bulding rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable dimantled or waste materials by mechanical means/including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any authorized Municipal Dumping Ground including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Dumping Ground Management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from siteof work to the C & D. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of dumping ground will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments will be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts), the agency shall also submit pre & post photograph in soft/hard copy. |
| 9 | Providing & running Tractor PTO driven positive displacement Pump of capacity 125-150 cum/hour, 100/150 mm dia suction pipe & delivery pipe having length upto 300 metre, round the clock at site of work for pumping bailing out drainage/storm water sump, drain, road surface, emergency dewatering etc. including all incidental charges as and when required including carriage of pump, diesel, positioning of pump, engaging operator, Chowkidar and necessary T & P as required for smooth running of pump complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 12 | Providing of12 HP Trolley mounted diesel engine pump set, round the clock, with all required accessories including 100mm dia, 15mt long suction pipe and discharge pipe 30m long flexible PVC Pipe, foot value, barricading, caution/sign board, watch and ward, tent/shed etc. for removal of water from different locations as and when required along with fuel and operating staff ( payment for fuel shall be made separately through relevant item) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with following conditions. All pipes should be in good condition and replaced when required. Pump should be maintained & kept in good condition, if not found working when required for removal of water, then no payment shall be made for the period between last operation of pump and the time when failure noticed. |
