Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement.
29REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL

31Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting withone coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

35Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds of make M/s Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal or approved equivalent conforming to IS 432and suitablenutsincludingthreading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levelscomplete and as directed by EIC.
36Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.,including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories(fittings,mountings,end caps,brackets) & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab/on suitable surface with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
37Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing of MS gates made out of angles, square bars, pipes, MS sheets etc. including fixing / embedding the hold fasts in supports, including locking arrangement, and painting two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of primer as per design and approval by Engineer-in-Charge.
38Providing and fixing side hung MS tubular gates single/ double leavesof required size along with or without wicket gate , comprising 38mm nb medium quality steel tube frame with 65x10mm thick MS flat for horizontal, vertical and diagonal stiffeners, including welding flat to frame work, supplying and fixing/welding 50mm square hard drawn steel wire fabric of Sl no.2 (50x50x3mm) conforming to IS 1566 of standard make or its approved equivalent with 20mmx3mm thick MS flat welded to frame and providing necessary heavy duty ball bearing side hung hinges, lugs, latches, locking arrangements, pipe inserts and other fittings and fixtures necessary for smooth operation of gates, etc., complete as specified anddirected by Engineer In charge. Note: Structural Posts/Struts will be paid in relevent items.
39GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive two coats of enamel paint, etc., complete as specified and directed.

43FORM WORK:
44Providing centering and shuttering using 12mm thick marine plyboard at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined,circular including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work, pockets for machine/equipmet foundations as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. Note :- Plywood shall not be used for more than eight repitions.

For super structures(from plinth level to fifth floor level)
50Half brick masonry using non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement. Note:- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item.
51STONE MASONRY:
52Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in drains,foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc.,using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116,complete as specified and directed by EIC.
53FINISHING WORKS:
54Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as specified and as directed by EIC.
55Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 river sand) , and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
56Sand faced plaster 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level upto a height of five floor level with base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4{1 cement(M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP): 4 River Sand} 12mm thick and finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3{1 cement(M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP): 3 River Sand}8mm thick final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cementor as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coatof make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary,curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.
57Cement plastering for brick masonry Drains, Chambers, Machine Bunds,walls etc., 15mm thick with Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement(M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP): 4 River Sand}and finishing with neat cement punning including rendering with addition of integrated waterproofing compound of make M/s. Fosroc / Demech /Huntsman / Pidilite /SIKA Qualcrete / MBT / Sunanda Chemicals at 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer"s Specification, cleaning, curing, scaffolding if necessary, etc., complete as specified and directed.
58PAINTING WORKS:
59Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint ofAsian/Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc., including scaffolding, cleaning the existing surfaces by sand papering, preparation of surfaces, filling in crevices and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.
60In 2(Two) coats over the previously painted surfaces.
61In 3(Three) coatsincluding a coat of cement primer of approved makes specified above
62Painting of exterior surfaces/walls with antifungal, acrylic painting having 100% acrylic (APEX - of Asian Paints or approved equivalent quality paints from Dulux / Berger / Nerolac make) and of required shade over a coat of stabilizing solution or prime coat including scaffolding, cleaning thoroughly all algal growth with wire brush, sand paper, etc., removing the loose particles and dust, surfaces, filling in crevices and cracks with approved filler, making good all patches, cracks, holes, etc., with approved exterior fillers, curing etc., all as per manufacturers specification & as directed upto a height of 15.00 m.
63In 2(Two) coats over the previously painted surfaces.

65Painting with synthetic enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make of 1st quality with required shade on wooden/steel doors, windows, ventilators, composite units, louvers, rolling shutters, hand rail and balustrades, plastered surfaces etc., including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing the existing surfaces by sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scraping with steel scrapper etc., filling in crevices and cracks etc. with approved filler etc., complete as specified and directed.
66On wooden surfaces of doors, windows, ventilators, louvers composite units etc.
67In 2 ( Two) coats over the proviously painted surfaces

72Providing and applying ready made putty in two coats withaverage thickness not less than1 mm, of Birla wall care/J.K.wall putty make or any other approved manufacturer, including cleaning the surface free from white wash, old paints/distemper etc., with steel scrapper, wire brush, sand paper etc., filling increvices, holes, cracks with approved filler etc., finishing the surface neat and smooth without any undulations at all heights over the plastered,concrete surfaces (external/internal)includingscaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed by EIC.
73FLOORING WORKS:
74Providing and laying Ceramic tiles for flooring/ skirting using 8/9mm thick of sizes as mentioned below of 1st quality edge cut. (Makes of Johnson, Somani, RAK, AGL, Nitco, Khazara, Bell, Regency Ceramics) of required shade, edge cut, design, colour and pattern over 20mm / 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) bedding / backing coat, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry using white cment and pigment mixed with to give required colour, finished to levels, slope or plumb as required including cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing, etc., complete.
75In flooring using tiles not less than 450x450x8mm size non-slippery Matt finsih ceramic tiles, edge cut to be laid over 20mm thick bedding
76In skirting using flooring tiles of height 150mm, over 15mm thick backing coat.
77Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make like Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson , in all colours and shades, laidcement mortar , jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., completefor entrance areas, corridors, lobbies,conference halls,rooms etc.and as directed by EIC. Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.
78In flooring with rustic/matt finished/ 600X600 mm or equivalent approved sizes of double charged vitrified tile of make Somany/Kajari or approved equivalent laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) etc., Complete as specified and directed by EIC.
79In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing.
80Providing 4mm thick POLYURETHANE HYBRID FLOORING using UCRETE MF of BASF or equivalent make Heavy Duty Floor finish Polyurethane concrete system consists of 1mm thick Scratch coat of UCRETE MF along with rectification of any pot holes present with suitable and similar filling material. The surface should be prepared with anchor grooves 8mm x 8mm along the perimeter of the floor and around drain, machine legs, columns etc., along with removing the existing flooring finish by scarification including disposal of debris in the specified area as directed by Engineer-In-Charge and as per manufacturer"s instructions. 82Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. 84Removing the existing broken / cracked A.C. Roofing sheets/Galvalume corrugated roof sheeting, ridges, hips, valley, gutters, FRP roofing sheets etc., includig G.I. Blots, nuts, washers and bitumen washers,self tapping screws etc. carefully including required scaffolding and stacking the materials at a lead of 100m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roof walk ladders and other standard safety deviseds including all overlaps, mitring, Supplying and fixing necessary 8mm dia galvanized iron "J" or "L" hooks of required lenght, bolts, nuts and EPDM washers as per manufactures code of Practice and cutting the asbestos as required etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
86Supplying and fixing 3mm thick FRP Translucent corrugated sheets made from Thermo setting polyster Resin (Glass Fibre reinforced) UV Resistant, of confirming to BIS 12866 including all overlaps, mitering, fixing with GI J or L Hook bolt and nuts of 8mm dia along with required PU washers etc., required for leak proof joints, cutting the sheets to the required size including safety net, roof walk ladders etc., complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

90Polycarbonate Sheeting of 1.5 mm thick, Pressed to matching trough Corrugations of roofing/cladding of GE make, Everest or any other approved equivalent make for sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE Siliconates or any other sealants, treating for rain proof, fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc., complete as directed and specified by EIC.

96Providing and fixing in position Aluminium partition, door/windows/ventilators with single/double side hung/tuophung/sliding shutters etc., using extruded and integrated bronze/medium grey colour, anodized 15 microns (Jindal/Indal makes)   manufactured to relevant IS specifications including locking arrangement for windows, handles, aldrops, door stopper, magnetic catcher, hinges, friction hinges, aluminium push plates, sliding rollers, aluminium hardware fixtures, cleat angles, beadings etc as per the requirement, gaps of structural opening to aluminium frame work to be filled with siliconate / polysulphide sealant, fixed suitably to brick wall RCC column structures complete as directed. NOTE: Payment shall be  made  per Kg basis. Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, track window / door frame/beading channel for glass adjustable louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual / finished cutting size and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage No separate payment shall be made for fittings such as locking arrangement, hinges, friction hinges, rollers, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat angles etc.

Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

118Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including cutting of iron angle posts/struts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.
119Supplying and fixing GI(hot-dip-galvanized) Chain link fencing of required height with 50mm diamond mesh of approved quality and make with 4mm galvanized iron wires conforming to IS 2721 including unrolling, straightening, stretching, fixing tight to structural steel posts and struts erected in position by means of 8mm dia approved quality galvanized iron machine straightened rods at top and bottom horizontally throughout fence and vertically at every angle post, fixed with approved quality galvanized iron hook bolts/straining eye bolts, nuts and washers etc.,complete as specified and as directed by Enginner In Charge.
