| 21 | Preventive Maintenance of Main LT Panels at Substations: - Preventive Maintenance of main LT panels installed at Substations of CSIR-IICT. The work includes preventive maintenance of all connected VCB"s, ACB"s & MCCB"s etc., as required. The works includes, tightening of bolts & nuts of the bus bars in the bus bar chamber, inspection of all terminals of the VCB’s, ACB’s, BC’s, MCCB’s and Transformer HV & LV sides, all connectors of PCC panels, spares & jumpers, metering unit and tightening them appropriately to avoid loose contact, de dusting the total area of the panels & earth pits and their surroundings keeping clean and tidy. The work includes taking of IR values of main bus bars, ER values of earth pits and submitting the reports as required and as per the direction of engineer in charge. Misc hardwares like lugs, waste cotton, emery paper, cleaning cloth & solvent, paint, brushes and necessary tools and plants are in the scope of contractor only.The maintenance schedule of the above works will be given by the department. |
