1Excavation for roadway in soil using hydraulic excavator of 0.90 Cum. bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tipper, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters etc., complete as per clause 301 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
2Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 etc., complete as per clause 305 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
3Providing and laying of Granular Sub-base (GSB) - [Plant Mix Method] by mechanically and compacting in layers in each layer 125mm using stone aggregate by providing close Grading - I materials 53mm to 9.50mm at 50%, 9.5mm to 2.36mm at 20% and 2.36mm and below at 30% mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC and loading tippers conveying of mixed material to work site dumping and spreading in uniform layers with dozers and motor grade on prepared sub grade surface in stage to proper grade and camber and compacting with vibrator power roller 8-10 Tonne to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
4Providing, laying, spreading Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by mechanically and compacting to compacted thickness 250mm using stone aggregates as per Table 400-11 including spreading in uniform thickness of two layers of each 125mm tk., hand packing, rolling with vibrator power roller 8-10 tonne in stage to proper grade and camber including spreading in uniform thickness, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) clause 406 and as directed by the departmental officers.
5Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters. Cost inclusive of labour, tools, transportation, conveyance, driver bata etc., complete as per clause 305 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
6Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg. / Sqm. using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
7Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion ,labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORT & HSpecification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
8Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
9Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers
10Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint,brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORTH Specification No.803 and as directed by the departmental officers.
11Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of "Category - A" Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH corcular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum refelctive area of 13 Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/-2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture"s rercommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORTH specification 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORTH Specification and as directed by departmental oficers.
12Supplying and installing of Delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above gound level painted at alternatively black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia. circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete as per MORTH Specification No.806 and as directed by the departmental officers.
13Earthwork in bulk excavation (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated soil lead upto 50m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
14Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
15Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
16Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
17Painting the Floor surfaces with Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved quality excluding priming coat) on previously painted concrete / masonry / plastered surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
18Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications including supply of stone, preparation of surface to required gradient / slope, conveyance, laying, packing, labour charges, Tools & Plants, etc., complete as per Clause 2504 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.
19Dismantling and removal of Stone Masonry (RR Masonry) work in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
