Comprehensive Operational and Maintenance services of Smart Metering Infrastructurei.e. recurring monthly service charges which shall include but not limited to a) Smart Gas Meter Interfacing and Configuration.b) Operational and Maintenance of Web application/Dashboard for Client Monitoring /Automatic Metering & Data Management System.c) Cloud Server , Data Hosting and Data Transmission to Client\"s Billing Server charges.d) Network service provider and components i.e. NB-IOT/LORA/GSM SIM and other associated charges.e) Payment Gateway Integration/Mobile Apps Charges/ Facilitate customers to top up their accounts through registered pay facilities, credit/debit cards via mobile/online transactions.f) Smart Meter Integration with SAP and SCADA.g) Customer Alerts via SMS and Email.h) Comprehensive Maintenance and upkeep of Metering system components.i) Charges for other compliances in line with scope of supply, technical specifications and scope of work.
