2Bond coat: Applying zinc primer to the bars on all sides of the reinforcement and application of epoxy bonding agent to of acrylic emulsion bonding agent (or) Epoxy bonding agent. This application shall be carried out for concrete structural bonding agent between old concrete surface to new concreteing. Note : Superfical area of the concrete is measured
3Polymer Modified concrete: Providing and applying polymer modified cement concrte (1:1:2) in specfied ratio by using 15% polymer and 53 grade cement to RCC surfaces in case the damaged thickness of RCC exceeds 30mm, the thickness assumed max upto 100mm. etc complete as instructed and directed by Client/ Consultant
4Anti Caronation coating at out side of the concrete surface: Acrylic based plasto-elastic, crack - bridging protective coating system. Over the entire concrete surface including materials, machinery, labour tools etc all completeNote : Superfical area of the concrete is measured.
5Grouting: A shrinkage free low viscos epoxy resin based injection of epoxy resin (wet and submerged cracks) apply of nozzles to be fixed shrinkage free moisture insentive epoxy resin free flow grout Note : Superfical area of the concrete is measured.
6Drilling and fixing of copper nozzels in RC members : Drilling 10mm dia upto 300mm deep holes as required at site not less than 04 Nos. in structural members horizentally and vertically in stagged manner at the intervals as per specfications and drawings. Clean the holes by hair blower prior to fixing nozzels and insert 8mm dia. copper nozzels in holes for repair work and strengthening work of existing structure, materials machinery and menpower inclung etc, completed as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. Injection of chemical grout will be paid separate line item. Note : Superfical area of the concrete is measured.
7Ceiling of Cracks : Supply and apply a solvent -free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, structural two-part adhisive.Mortar and concrete must be older than 28 days (depends on minimal requirement of strengths). Verify the substarte strength (concrete, masonary, natural stone). The substrate surface (all types) must be clean, dry and free from contaminants such as dirt,iol,grease, existing surface treatment and coatings etc. Steel substracts shall be removed. When using a thin layer adhesive, apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared surface with a spatula, trowel, notched towel, (or with hands protected with gloves). When applying as a repair mortar use form work. When using for bonding metal profiles onto vertical surfaces, support and press uniformly using props fro at least 12 hours, depending on the thickness applied (not more than 5mm) and the room temperature. Once hardened check the adhesion will be checked by tapping with a hammer.
8M&L fornew reinforcement bars to the existing RCC member by using lokfixcomponent chemical by drilling the 150mm deep hole of 16 mm dia and fill the chemical as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr in Carge .Note : TMT bars will be measured and paid under separate item of schedule.
9Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, railing, gates, trusses complete complete all as specified and directed.
10S & F for rolled mild steel plain or chequred plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165welded, riveted, boltedattachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
11S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of valley gutters, duct covers, platforms (0 to -15m level) and capstan,ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cable duct covers, lifting arrengements with pulleys, nosing angle and similar works; including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
12M & L for preparation of newsurfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete.
13Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slabs of any description and in any postion including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises and removing the debries outside from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.
14M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type "B-0" 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring all as specified and directed.
15M&L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mmthick (square or rectangular) of area exc 0.18 but n.exc 0.38 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed incoloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.
17M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm /450X300X7/8 mm thickin dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.
18M&L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Makrana doogri complete all as specfied and directed
19Demoliton brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches , pillars etc and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.
20M&L forPre cast cement concrete type1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and directed.
21Taking down cement plaster onwalls/Ceiling etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing the debries away from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.
22M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement i Note :- The work shall be executed at a height 8 to 15mtr and the contractor has to provide scaffolding etc wherever necessary. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included for the same.
23M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement with WPCall as specified and directed.
