| 1 | M&L for Inspection, checking of defect, repair and replacement of defective parts, sensor of existing RO Plant of capacity 20000 LPH as per to meet the required condition of water by back washing, cleaning of membrane, cleaning of cartridge filter, servicing of chemical dozer, calibration of level indicator, cleaning of chemical Tank and all control valves etc and submit the water quality report of RO Plant by collecting the sample of water after carried out all work as mentioned above and as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(a) The periodicity of visit is each month but in case of some emergency or fault occurance within 48 hours to be attended by contractor or his rep complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Spare parts for replacement and chemical required for servicing of RO plant shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule. (c) The cost of replacement of small parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, screws, thimble lugs, gasket, rubber washer, wires etc and cost for testing of water quality sample shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (d)All tools, plant, equipment etc required for service shall be arranged by contractor at his own without any extra cost. |
