1	WORKS IN THE STATE OF Telangana
2	Establishing Area Emergency Office (AEO) , Local Customer Care Office (LCO) , Hiring of ERV, Hiring of Motor Cycle for Patrolling and Meter Reading Charges

4	Providing ER Vehicle with driver (Mahindra Pick-up/ TATAPick-up/ Equivalent) 24x7 for Routine and Break down maintenance works at site. Vehicle should be latest model fitted with GPS Tracking device and adequate space to carry consumables tools & tackles for various O&M activities, Fire and Safety apparatus, PPEs, first aid box & shall also be equiped with 5Kva generator set with Emergency Light. Minimum ERV run of 2000km per month with start and terminationpoint will be AEO office or as decided by EIC.Operation & Maintenance cost for ERV including fuel cost, driver’s cost, and spares/consumables cost for proper up-keeping of the vehicle and or any other cost pertaining to the ERV as well as drivers are to be borne by the contractor.Note: Escalation of price as per increase or decrease of fuel price above 10% as per escalation clause of Tender.

189	Coating Removal & Peel off Test: Surface Preparation of Pipe : Removal of Three Layer Polyehylene Coating (3 LPE): Coating of the pipe surface is to be removed by mechanical means i.e. by chiesel and onward surface preparation by Grinder for cleaning the coating bond material with portable power grinder driven emery paper (duty approved by IOCL).This shall be inclusive of pipe fitter, Grinder, helper required for cleaning of the pipe surface.
190	Application of Primer & Cold Tape: Supply & application of Cold Tape along with primer : The coating material should be of make Denso / RAYCHEM equivalent make of Disired Length with 67% overlapping ,, with prior application of primer on pipe surface as per manufacturer specification.This shall be inclusive of applicator along with all requisite tools, with 67% overlapping.Installation shall be acceptable only after acceptance in holiday test.Also Match stick wherever is required for minor defects
191	Emergency repair works in pipeline - pipeline leak/pilferage/Burst/Third Party Damage (For items below)
192	Mobilisation to site within contractual time with manpower, security guard, labour, tools, tackles, cold cutting machine, equipments and all other resources (eg JCB, compressors, dewatering pump, DG sets, dumper, trailer, welding generator, Hydra, pick-up, Dumper, tents & chairs etc) with fuels and consumables etc as outlined in tender document for execution of job. Rate is Lumpsum basis and shall be payable to contractor on complete mobilisation to site to the satisfaction of EIC. Rate of this item is also inclusive of demobilisation charges with all manpower, material and resources deployed at site after completion of work. The contractor shall also liasion with local villager, Concerned Authority, local police for safe and secure rectification of the work. Apllicable when distance between two adjacent site is more than 2.5KM. This is for mobilisation & demobilization. Separate payment will be made for hire and operation charges of JCB, pick up van/tractor for shifting owner\"s material to site, dewatering pump, DG sets, tent, watchman only. Other resources-manpower & machinery, equipment (except as above) required for completion of restoration of emergency site to be provided by the contractor & rate is inclusive in this item.
193	Providing and operating items for attending the job at site, as per job requirement & at IOCL\"s descretion.One day shall be of 8 hours duration of uninterrupted availability for continuous usage of the deployed service, i.e. for the first Eight hours or part thereof from the time of deployment - contractor shall be paid amount equal to one day. (i.e. 1 equipment day = 8 hrs of deployment and availability for contnuous usage).The working hours shall start from the time of deployment at site. This will be inclusive of Operational Charges (Fuel, Consumables, Operator etc whatsoever is required for intended operational at site); Job is to be carried out as per Tender Document and as per Instruction of EIC.Any additional deployment beyond Eight (8) hours, shall be paid extra as additional proporationate Day, and shall not be liable for any short of overtime / payment in any form.
