40Supply & loading, of relevant activity wise specifications referring to CPWD manuals etc. completed for Internal dimension 300mm X 300mm Precast 2000mm long U-shaped drain and 500mm long 60mm thick Precast Lid Perforated Cover for various size and types of storm water drain as specified in detail drawings confirming to Japanese Industrial Standards, ASTM & satisfying relevant IS code requirements, manufactured by using advanced precast technology having High Performance Self Compacting Concrete of M-40-cylinder strength or M-50 Cube strength, steam cured and using Fe 500D reinforcement bar. It shall have tie shape groove of 10-20 mm width x 2 mm depth as per manufacturing specs on both sides of each precast unit product for jointing two precast units & designed to take T-6 load as side drain– 4.8 T, axle load – 2.4 T, wheel load confirming the precast manufacturer should have minimum 5 years of work experience in production of similar precast products in India. It shall have proper provisions at appropriate location for mechanical installation, including supply, transportation, loading, at project site. Manufacturer shall produce product guarantee for minimum 10 years. Precast products shall be of Fuji or Equivalent as approved by authority. No casting shall be allowed to be prepared at site in any case. It should be casted in the stringent atmospheric & pre-defined condition, as per approved QAP by Engineer In-charge.
41Providing and fixing 20mm thick drain cells with surface area consisting 90-95% void and made of 100% recycled polypropylene. It shall be unaffected by moulds, algae, soil-borne chemicals, bacteria and bitumen and shall serve at the temperature ranging from 30 to 120 degree Celcius. It shall possess the compessive strength of 163.4 tonne/sqm and the flow rate per unit width shall be greater than 320 litre/min. The rate shall include all the material, fixing, labour and machinery all complete as per drawing and as directed by Engineer In-charge.

53Structural Steel Work : Providing, fabricating, assembling, hoisting/ erecting and fixing in position at all heights/ all levels/ all floors/ all shapes/ all sizes with all leads and lifts using Hot dip Galvanized (Zinc) thickness of min. 140 (µm) micron after grit/ sand blasting over E300 grade of MS Rolled Steel Sections, Hollow Sections, Tubular Sections, MS Plates, Chequered Plates, MS Pipes, Perforated Sheets, Flats, Bright Bars, Angles, MS Sheet, Girder, Channels, Beams, Threaded GI bolts, Threaded J bolts, Insert Plates, Support Plates etc. all confirming to latest relevant IS Codes for Structural Steel Work such as gratings over drain channels, staircases, railings, handrails, jali, gates, grills, bracings, platforms, brackets, ladders, monkey ladders, cattle traps, windows, pipe racks, rugs, false ceiling frames, roofing, canopy, fencing posts, screen/ fencing frames etc. including wastage, straightening, cutting, shapes, bending, curving, carving, bolting and welding the members at site/ shop as per structural drawings and detailed specifications for materials & workmanship including necessary scaffolding/ staging etc. complete in the situations described hereinafter and comprising of: i) Profile cutting of components to required length/ width and shape/ profile; ii) Smooth grinding/ machining of edges/ faces/ all welding joints; iii) Necessary welding (electric arc welding) for required weld lengths and sizes. iv) Machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring (measurement will be paid for as actual cut length used at site). The rate shall include grit/ sand blasting, degreasing and preparation of rust free surface manually or mechanically, Hot dip Galvanized (Zinc), applying chemical pre-treatment to the prepared surface to improve adhesion of subsequent coat, 2 coat of Epoxy Paint thickness of min. 150 (µm) micron and 1 coat of PU Paint thickness of min. 60 (µm) micron of approved shade of paint by spray only till required finish/ shade over all the surfaces of the steel sections after proper surface preparation.
54*Note: The contractor shall submit fabrication/ shop drawings based on construction drawings and approved 2 9two) mock up from Architect. The fabrication work shall start only after approval of the fabrication drawings submitted by contractor. Any change required for stability in the fabrication drawings shall be carried out at no extra cost. Fabrication shall be executed in a perfect architectural workmanship and as per section V & VI of IS 800 & IS 7215. Welding shall be carried out by qualified welders/ fabricators of required length, grinding, finishing edges, filling and finishing the welded spots/ gaps with grout/ sealant/ chemical. 131Zinc Titanium Standing Seam Roofing System with Flashing: Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing of 25/430 zinc titanium double lock standing seam roofing system (thickness: 0.8mm) with crest height of 25 mm thick consisting of fixing clips made of stainless steel to connect the zinc panel to the hat section comprising of the following layers. The zinc roof cladding system shall consist of the following elements to form a rigid, non-ventilated and watertight support base for installation of the pre weathered quartz zinc roofing sheets. Board should confirm to European Fire Rating norms of BS1,d0 classified in accordance with EN 13501-1: 2007. It should have antibacterial and antifungal properties (conforming to JIS Z2801:2010 and ASTM G21-2015 standards respectively). Board should have density >1350 kg/m3, anti-graffiti properties and resistant to take climatic shock, UV light, grey scale contrast (1500 hours of exposure rating-4), artificial weathering (including light fastness) with a grey scale rating not worse than 4 after exposure to 650 MJ/m2, acid rain, corrosion (on a salt spray test for 700 hours) as per applicable specifications conforming to latest and applicable EN 438-6: 2016 EDF grade quality standards. It should be CE certified for constancy of performance described by the standard EN 438-7:2005. The product should be warranted against manufacturing defects and performance characteristics for a period of 10 years. Ceiling board should be installed on MS/ alumnium tubular substructure as per site requirement at 450 mm c/c distance with the help of 5mm diameter colour matching rivets as per manufacturer specification.
142Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall follow workmanship and do supervision under qualified horticulture having 10 years experience. It allows for uproot, polwing, weeding etc. for at least 12 (twelve) months of after final plantation including watering.
