5Labour for fitting and fixing high density poly-ethylene pipes or P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including cost of jointing materials paints etc. fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, making threads, cutting holes in walls or R.C. floor where necessary and mending good all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary, but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps(any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (B) underground (i)160mm dia.(Payment will be made on centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. )
6Earth workin excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) ncluding removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailling out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

9Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade withoutreinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-inCharge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost andcarriage of all materials complete.
10Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of anyshade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material.[Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately].Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. 60 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M-35 grade for light-traffic zone,commercial & office complex,tourist resort as per IS: 15658-2006 (over 20-40 mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/ WMM base course & 250 mm thk bound gnaular /granular sub-base course including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base ,sub-base course & subgrade preparation.(ii) Coloured Decorative
11Supplying and laying ornamental cement concrete road channel(300mmx 300mmx100mm) od M-25 grade, concrete on 150mm thick foundation concrete having 500mm projection beyond kerbs stone all complete as median as per direction of EIC.
12Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cementconcrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceablematerials at site and removing rubbish as directedwithin a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof.
13Construction of Bamboo fencing with setting of Bamboo post of 75mm dia. @ 1500mm C/C and 600mm below the ground by digging hole in all sorts of soil and subsenqent though repacking the same and clean height 900 mm from the ground level including the cost of one coat coal tarring the emdeded portion of the Bamboo and walling made of crushed bamboo or split bamboo or bamboo twigs(kanchis) as directed and tied with necessary stiffenrs of split bamboo(in pair) made of 75 mm doia. fitted and fixed including coast of nailling and complete with 2(Two) coats of synthetic ceanmel paint over a coat of wooden primer.

16Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge
17Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) :(Two coats)i) Standard Quality
18Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
19Pulling through underground Pipe including sealing at the ends.This includes supply, storage & Transportation of 40/33 PLB HDPE Duct (Silicore).
20Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand . (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)
21Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, farming, Eucalyptus/Jhou bulla piling, strutting etc) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for foundation exavation (vertical surface are in contact with support earth is to be measured.) (This item should be executed on specific direction of the Engineer in Charge).(a) Dept upto 1.5 m.
22Micro Trunneling work with lying of HDPE pipe as per isstruction os site enginner and as per site condition for lying of Ug cable including supply of HDPE pipe as per IS-4984-1995 including prepration and submission of drawing for such cable lying.With 16mm dia HDPE pipe.

28Construction of Manhole/Inspection pit of inside measurement 2000 x 1000 x upto 1500mm (depth) with 250mm. thick 1st. Class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of pit consisting of 75mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) with stonechips over a polythene sheet (150gm/sqm), 35mm thick Artificial stone floor with cement concrete (1:2;4) withstonechips, 20mm. thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside wall, top of pit covered with 100mm. thick precast R.C.C slab (1:1.5:3) with stonechips and necessary reinforcements upto 1%, shuttering, covered with M.S. 29Pre-Constructional Anti-termite measures:(a) Anti termite treatment to bottom surface ( in caseof masonry foundation and basements) and the sides(upto a height of 300 mm. from bottom) of theexcavation trenches with chemical emulsion byadmixing chloropyrofos emulsifiable concentrates (1%concentration) with water by weight at the rate of 5Litres per sq. m. area. The work shall be carried out as per specification described in 6.2.1. of code IS6313 (part -II) 1981. (Mode of measurment will bethe plan area of foundation treated.)
30Anti termite treatment to back filling of themasonry foundation with chemical emulsion byadmixing chloropyrofos emulsifiable concentrates (1% concentration) with water by weight at the rate of7.5 Litres per sq. m. of the vertical surface of thesubstructure for each side of the foundation.. The work shall be carried out as per specification described in 6.2.2. of code IS-6313 (part -II) 1981. (Mode of measurment will be vertical area treated.)
31Anti termite treatment to the top surface of theconsolidated earth within plinth walls with chemicalemulsion by admixing chloropyrofos emulsifiableconcentrates (1% concentration) with water by weightat the rate of 5 Litres per sq. m. of the surface beforesand bed or sub-grade is laid. Holes upto 50 mm. to75 mm. deep at 150 mm. centre to centre both waysshall be made with 12 mm, diameter mild steel rod onthe surface to facilitate saturation of the soil with thechemical emulsion. The work shall be carried out as per specification described in para 6.4 of code IS6313 (part -II) 1981. ( Mode of measurment will be per Sq.m of plan area of plinth treated.)
32Anti-termite treatment to the outside offoundations with chemical emulsion by admixingchloropyrofos emulsifiable concentrates(1%concentration) with water by weight includingcutting shallow channel by excavating soil along andclose to the wall face ensuring uniform dispersal of thechemical emulsion to a depth of 300mm. from theground level by rodding with 12mm. dia. M.S. rod at150mm.interval in the channel. 1.75 litres of chemicalemulsion per metre length shall be used and a balancequantity of 0.5 litres of the chemical emulsion perrunning metre shall then be used to treat the back fillearth by directing the spray of the imulsion towardsthe wall surface. The entire work is to be carried outas per specification laid down in para 4.3.1.1 of code IS-6313 (Part-III) 1981.
33Anti-termite treatment to the outside of foundationwith chemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofosemulsifiable concentrate (1% concentration) withwater by weight, drilling 12mm. dia holes in concreteor masonry apron at an interval of 300mm. to a depth,of 300mm or more as close to the plinth wall aspossible and the chemical emulsion pumped into thoseholes to soak the soil below at a rate of 2.25 litres perlinear metre complete as per specification laid downin para 4.3.1.1 of Code I.S.-6313 (Part-III)-1981.
34Anti-termite treatment to the soil under floor withchemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofosemulsifiable concentrate (1% concentration) withwater by weight including drilling vertically 12mm.dia holes at the junction of floor and wall at300mm.interval to reach the soil below using hand operatedpressure pump to squirt chemical emulsion into thepump to squirt chemical emulsion into the holes at therate of one litre per hole. The holes shall be sealedafter operation to match with the existing floor. Thentire work is to be carried out as per specificationlaid down in para 4.3.1.4 of code I.S.-6313 (Part-III)-
