2Carrying out reconnaissance survey of the project area for identifying the Control Points for carrying out DGPS survey and preparing a plan of a grid network of Control Points on SOI topo-sheets/satellite imagery.Survey of India Benchmarks to be located during the above reconnaissance survey. These benchmarks shall be tested for stability and the same shall be reported to the client. The entire data shall be linked to the approved GTS Benchmarks for conversion of LiDAR data to MSL. Rate is inclusive of all labour, material, tools and taxes (excluding GST). Nothing extra shall be paid for completion of this job as per condition of contract
3Conducting Survey using Aerial LiDAR Technology as per Terms of Reference. The work broadly includes: 1. Establishment of Ground Control Points 2. Getting all clearance such as DGCA etc. for Aerial LiDAR survey. 3. Mobilization of Aerial platform with LiDAR sensor of minimum 2.0 MHz and 150 MP Camera equipment. 4. Aerial LiDAR data capture with a point density of 10 points per sq. m with Fundamental Vertical and Horizontal Accuracy as per TOR 5. Aerial Imagery capture with a resolution of 10 cm GSD 6. Classified Point Cloud in LAS (.las) format (Soft Copy format) 7. Contour map at 5 m Interval. 8. Digital Elevation Model (DEM)/ Digital Terrain Model from topographic survey data 9. Digital Orthophotos of 10 cm GSD resolution (in tiles and seamlessly mosaicked over the survey area) 10. Sets of all deliverables to be provided in Hard Copy.
4Providing web based platform GIS platform on premises to access, visualize, measure, simulate the processed data captured using Aerial LiDAR. 3D GIS Platform should have at least following functionalities: • Web-Based Application: The 3D GIS platform will be developed as a web-based application accessible through standard web browsers. The user interface aims to provide an initiative and user-friendly experience for various stakeholders, including disaster management authorities, local administrators, and the public. • User Interface (UI) Design: The web-based application will feature a modern, intuitive UI designed for optimal display and functionality across devices. It will adhere to industry best practices for usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. • Map Visualization: The application will support interactive and dynamic map visualization, presenting geospatial data in 3D. Users can navigate, zoom, pan, and rotate to explore the terrain efficiently. Smooth rendering is ensured, even with large datasets and complex 3D models. • Data Layers and Filtering: The platform will support various data layers, including terrain, land cover, infrastructure. Users can toggle specific layers on/o? and apply filters based on attributes for focused analysis. • Search and Query: Robust search functionality will allow users to locate specific areas, addresses, or features within the 3D environment. Spatial queries can retrieve information about nearby features, distances, or areas of interest. Bidder has to comply all the conditions mentioned in RFP.
