Solar PV module used in system must be warranted for theiroutput peak watt capacity , which should not be less than 90% at the end of ten years and 80% at the end of 25 years. (d) Each Solar Pv module must use Rf identification tag specifying name of manufacturer, Month & year of manufacture, Unique sl No (e) The PV module used in solar project must qualify to the latest edition of International electrochemical commission test or equivalent BIS standard (f)PV cells should have an efficiency not less than 20% (ii) Solar On Grid Inverter (a) 20 KW 3 Phase solar on grid inverter - 02 Nos (b) BESCOM empanelled inverter to be used . (c) Multiple MPPT for optimum generation (d) Inverter should have efficiency not less than 97% (e) Inverter should have inbuilt safety protection against over current (f)10 year warranty for Inverters. (iii) DC Distribution Box with required switchgears and safety devices (iv) AC Distribution Box with required switchgears and safety devices |

| 3 | Note:- (A) Before commencement of work , the contractor shall submit detailed working drawings, layout plan duly vetted by IIT/NIT to accepting Officer for Approval.The working drawingmust have the following (i) Single line./ schematic diagram of Solar PV power plant (ii) design of solar PV strings layout, Inverter, ACDB,DCDB ,Cable route etc. (iii) Details of mounting structure wirh fixing arrangement (iv) LT cable network (DC& AC) (v) Earthing for Structure, DCDB,ACDB, Inverter (vi) Lightning protection scheme (B) All mechanical, Electrical works shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS/ equivalent standard norms only and alson in accordance with the latest edition of the Indian Electricity Act/ rules formed there under and as ame nded from time to time. |
| 4 | (C)The rate quoted shall deemed to be included for MESCOM /BESCOM Solar registration fee and HT cubical bi directional meter installation as per MESCOM guidelines and any other fee/ charges of MESCOM for testing /commissioning of the plant. It is also the responsibility of the contractor to process the documentation for registeration of solar installlation with MESCOM /BESCOM authorities. For the registration process, contractor can empploye MESCOM/ BESCOM enlisted solar consultant. (d) The rate quoted shall deemed to include excavation for laying of the cable , provision of water coonection near the Solar Panels . (e) The mechanical structures, electrical works and overall workmanship of the grid solar power plant must be warranted for minimum 5 years. |
