5Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles, transformers base etc complete all as specified and as directed.
6Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and as directed.
7Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
8Dismantling old unservicable steel tubular poles/struts, any size including breaking up PCC foundation and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer includingpainting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and whitestrip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of schedule "A"/BoQ. (b) Design / drawing of HT pole and dimension is to be obtained from OEM/auth dealer/supplier and same is to be got approved fromAGE(I) before placing order to the manufacturer.
10Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of 11mtr long steel tubular electric HT pole by using emery paper, painting exposed surface with one coat of silver aluminium paintincludingpainting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and whitestrip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow backgroundcompleted all as specified and as directed.
11Dismantling ofinsulator of any type any size from existing poles, after opening nuts,bolts and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
12Material and labour for insulator, 33 KV porcelain solid core with dry and wet withstand voltage 70KV (Rms), 50HZ suitable for outdoor electrically exposed installation , mounting face installation with face diameter 113mm approx, height 508mm,minimum creepage distance of porcelain 1065mm conforming to IS 2544, IS-5350 and IEC 60273 and complete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for Disc insulator 33 KV,porcelain solid core with dry arc distance 380mm, dia of weather shed 110mm,length of FRP rod 425mm, dia of FRP road 16mm creepage distance 900mm complete all as specified and as directed.
14Material and labour for Pin tpyeinsulator, 33 KV, overall hight 240mm, and dia 240mm, with top 125 mm and neck 100 mm dia ,creepage distance 720 mm, conforming to IS-731/1971, complete all as specified and as directed.
15Dismantling of existing unserviceable/undersize ACSR conductor (of any size) , jumper from overhead line and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
16Materials and labour for Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.
17Dismantling of old rusted Cross Arms bracing support, clamps and back plate of any sections from poles setting aside complete all as specified and as directed.
18Material and labour for Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
19Material and labour as in replacement for HTlightening arrestor with mountings accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor with all fittings connected to earth strip with nut, bolt, washer transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amps and suitable for33000 Volts expulsion type complete all as specified and directed.
20Supply and fixing as in replacement for Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.
21Material and labourfor complete servicing of HT 33 KV VCB 800 Amps alongwith CTS/PTS of any make and type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following maintenence/repair work :- (i) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, charging springs by using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc, (ii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism,necessary brazing, turnig, polishing of main and auxiliary contact etc. (iii) Testing of HT VCB by using primary & secondary high current injection method, test including measuring of CT ratio and polarity all as directed. (iv)Resetting of tripping relay and interlocking system. (v) Checking ofoperating mechanism and its adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of operating mechanism. (vi) Checking of internal wiring circuit, tightening of all electrical connections, replacement of HRC fuse, fuse carrier base (if any found u/s)including removing moisture content complete all as directed.
22(vii) Checking of all indicators as per required operation and end terminals, including replacement of damaged/rusted nut, bolt & washers etc and put the breaker in position to engage the VCB with the supply systemand testing for smooth functioning. NOTE : (i) The cost of minor items like nut, bolt with double washers, HRC fuse up to the capacity of 32 Amp, fuse carrier base replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The major spare parts if required for repair to VCB shall be measured and paid separately (iii) The repair work shall be carried out by authorised representative of OEM. Necessary test report shall be submitted by the contractor to the Department.
23Material and labourfor complete servicing of HT 33 KV VCB 630 Amps alongwith CTs/PTs of any make and type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following maintenence/repair work :- (i) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, charging springs by using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc, (ii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism,necessary brazing, turnig, polishing of main and auxiliary contact etc. (iii) Testing of HT VCB by using primary & secondary high current injection method, test including measuring of CT ratio and polarity all as directed. 25Supply and fix in repair ofSpring charging electric motor single phase 220 -250 Volts 50-60 Hz AC -DC of capacity 200Watt (0.27HP) 140 RPM , suitable for 33KV VCB outdoor type of capacity 2000 Amp and connecting with existing electric system complete commissioning and testing all as directed.
26Material and labour as in replacementfor HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour as in replacement for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit indoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
28Filtaration/dehyderation of trnasformer oil through filtration plant to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil upto 60 KV complete all as specified and directed for various capacity of transformers /OCB"s/Servo Voltage stabilizer installed at various locations at chakabama . Note: (a) The contractor shall obtain shut down orders in writing before commencement of the work (b) The contractor shall avoid wastage of existing transformer oil. (c) The contractor shall be solely responsible for any damages to the transformer during process of oil filtration.He shall be responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost tothe department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehyderation process. (e) Additional qty of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in each transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating and dehyderation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
29Supply and filling transformer oil for topping upinsulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVhigh viscosity in transformer conforming to IS-335 to 1983 all as specified and directed for various capacity of transformers/OCB"s/Servo Voltage Stabiliser installed at various locations at chakabama .
30Supply and fixing transformer breather assembly oil seal type made oftransparant PVCbody heavy duty filled with good quality silica gel blue colour of capacity 800 grams complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
