3Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( One cement, two M.sand and four hard broken granite stone jelly ) using 20mm stone jelly as foundation footing concrete including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification
4Providing cement pipes of dia 6 inch and height 4 feet 1.20 m around every steel pipe
5Filling and packing the plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 with 20mm size jelly concrete inside the cement pipes provided around the every steel pipe - filling for cement pipes of 150mm dia with 1.2m length this is provided for holding steel pipes of 75mm dia.
6Supplying and fabricating mild steel plate of size 300mmx300mmx 8mm as base plate for the circular pipes of dia 75 with 2.6mm thick .The base plate should be properly welded with the circular pipes so as to form central base plate for the circular pipe column sections. All the works should be done as per the directions of departmental officers or Engineer. The rate includes anticorrosive enamel painting two coats.
7Supplying and fabricating Indian standard mild steel gusset plate of triangular shape with the size of 150mm x100mm x 8mm which will be properly welded so as to connect base plate and circular steel pipes. 100mm of gusset plate should be welded with base plate and 150mm of gusset plate should be welded with steel circular pipe. All the works should be done as per the directions of departmental officers or Engineer. Two numbers of gusset plate per one square pipe. The rate includes anticorrosive enamel painting two coats.

11Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete mix of M20 Grade with nominal mix of 1:1.5:3 (One cement, 1.5 M.Sand and three HBG stone jelly) using 20mm stone jelly for tie beams, excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and including curing, finishing all the RCC works and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with standard specifications.
12Supplying and erecting steel or wooden centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced cement concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, tie beams and lintel cum sunshade etc., which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)
13Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design including cost of steel and G.I binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
14Providing floor finishing with ellispattern concrete of mix 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four stone chips) using 6 mm size jelly for 100 mm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
15Soling Masonry for Foundation in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement and six sand) mix including mixing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
16Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 ( one cement and five M.sand ) mix using best quality II class Table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for basement and superstructure including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
17Solid Block Masonry in Cement Mortar 1:5 ( one cement and five M.sand ) mix using best quality I class moulded chamber solid block of size 6" x 8" x 16" for basement and superstructure including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
18Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick in all around the wall and complete complying with standard specification
19White washing three coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in ceiling,internal and external plastered surfaces including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
20Supplying and fixing 75 mm dia circular pipe for galvalume sheet roof column with base plate including all other accessories and labour charges etc., with one coat of red oxide primer
21Supplying, fabricating and laying Roof truss members and purlin members using ISA angles, ISMC channels and mild steel square pipes or rectangular pipes or any other steel structural members for steel truss roofing. Steel roof truss and purlin fabrication should be done as per the directions of the departmental officers.
22Providing thatched roof on entire vermi compost unit including dry fibers such as straw, reeds, palm trees and other natural fibres - fabrication should be as per the specifications and directions of the departmental officers
23Supplying and fixing galvalume sheet for the roof top in entire vermi compost unit includingall other accessories and labour charges etc.,( The make and brand of the galvalume sheet material should be got approved by the Departmental officer or Chartered Engineer)
24Providing weld mesh covering the opening portions - above sill level and below roof level - so as to prevent the entry of birds into the vermi compost unit. Weld mesh formed with 12 gauge thickness (2.75mm) steel wires having an opening of 30 mm x 30 mm. The make and brand of the materials purchased should be got approved by the departmental officers.
