    Renovation / Repairing / Servicing / Overhauling Of Advance Make Ocb Of Lt Panel Of Kalyanpuri Sps- 1 Renovation/Repairing/Servicing/Overhauling of Advance make OCBs of LT panel of Kalyanpuri SPS including all the required safety measures as per the guide lines issued by NHRC / NGT etc. and all the required works, materials, arrangements, tools & tackles, workmanship , etc. and as per the site requirement, remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily by carrying out the followingworks :-Taking out the OCB from main panel after disconnection of panel removing of the damaged parts from the OCB. 2 Main contact finger. Make- Advance 3 Arcing Contact Finger Heavy. Make- Advance 4 No-Volt Coil 415V AC. Make- Advance 5 Moving Arcing Contact 600Amp. Make- Advance 6 Moving Arcing Contact 400Amp. Make- Advance 7 Main V Bar Contact400Amp. Make- Advance 8 Current Transformer for 400 Amp. 415V. Make- Advance 9 Oil dashpot time leg assembly. Make- Advance 10 Copper L contact 400Amp. Make- Advance 11 Copper L contact 600Amp. Make- Advance 12 Bakelite base board. Make- Advance 13 Replacement of damaged parts in OCB as required, Greasing, cleaning of the movable parts, mechanism system complete overhauling, servicing of the OCB 14 Re-installation of the OCB including cable connection at site. 15 Cleaning of panel, dust removing, cleaning/tapping on bus bar links as required replacement of damaged support insulator, tightening of hard wares etc. Checking of all control wiring of metering section of panels. 16 Testing & Commissioning of the OCB & panel on load with relevant IS
