| 2 | Providing Manpower Services (Un-Skilled) to work as Mali under the Jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation of Delhi as per terms and conditions of Tender. Present requirement is approximately 400 Nos. which may vary depending on the actual requirement MCD shall reimburse to contractor on actual basis of prescribed Minimum Wages (at present the basic minimum wages rate is Rs.17494/-per month per person and Statutory Dues i.e. ESI, EPFO, EDLI etc.) at applicable rates. The Percentage rate shall be quoted by the bidder on account of contractor Service Charges (Contractor profit / Enhancement Rate) per month from MCD, inclusive of their supervisory staff deployed and other facilities being provided by the contractor to its labour such as uniform, washings etc. In Rate column the rate given is for 400 Nos. Mali for one month Basic + ESI, EPFO, EDLI etc. The rates shall be quoted in Percentage above only onminimum statutory wages inclusive ESIC + EPFO + EDLI etc. |
