CONTRACTOR’s SCOPE: • Supplying, fitting and fixing in position Luxury casement / slider (UPVC) doors <(>&<)> windows of different sizes (fixed / openable) 8mm thick, float glass of approved make with frames of standard UPVC sections including handles, locking arrangement, stays all as per attached drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer in charge (Windows will be measured separately and paid under relevant item of BOQ) with all necessary screws, fittings and fixtures (tower bolt, holdfast, mortice locks and door closure). • Contractor to bring all tools, tackles, equipment’s (including material transporting lift), scaffoldings and manpower required to complete the mentioned scope of works, at his own cost. Contractor’s scope also includes providing technical / tool equipment / labor services for flooring works as mentioned below: • Supplying and fixing of doors and windows <(>&<)> consumables like silica. • The supply and installation of doors <(>&<)> windows is under contractor scope. • The model and make of the doors <(>&<)> windows are attached. • Skilled manpower should be deployed. HSE: • The contractor should adhere to all the safety standards as per HSE of AMNS. • The contractor should issue PPE like shoes, gum boots, helmets, dust mask, safety hand gloves, safety googles, face shields etc., and other mandatory safety equipment. • Daily toolbox talk to be imparted for all workmen before start of the job in coordination with project executive. • All the statutory requirements i.e., insurance / ESIC <( R. AMNS <(>&<)> the team working need to attend training programs to become well-versed with the procedures and then need to be deployed for field activities, afterwards based on site safety review, the team must attend safety training programs (minimum requirements is 10 man-days/fortnight). • Job safety analysis will be carried out and documented by M/S. AMNS and the same is to be strictly adhered while carrying out execution. • The contractor shall also protect all work sites with warning signs, barricades, and night lighting. The contractor shall inspect all fenced excavations daily and maintain them in good order. • Work should start after receiving work permit from AMNS engineer.
