3Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for laying of cable or pipes, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level, n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.
4Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 20 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
5Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
6M & L for dry sand cushioning to under ground cablelaid in trenches for laying of HT/LT UG cables 8 cm wide before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and punned down to a depth of 10 cmas per MES SSR Part-I (2009) all as specified anddirected. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid to the contractor.
7M&L for sub class ‘B brick, designation 75 for cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.
8Supply,laying, jointing and testing and commissioning aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, GI strip or wire armoured and overall PVC sheathed, heavy duty 1100 volts grade in trenches/on surface of wall/ in GI pipe including dressing and clamping the cable with MS Zinc Passivated clamps and fixing suitable thimbles/lugs including cable glands of suitable size etc of cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .
9Supply,laying, jointing and testing and commissioning aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, GI strip or wire armoured and overall PVC sheathed, heavy duty 1100 volts grade in trenches/on surface of wall/ in GI pipe including dressing and clamping the cable with MS Zinc Passivated clamps and fixing suitable thimbles/lugs including cable glands of suitable size etc of cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .

11S&F Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit external dia 20 mm fixed to street light pole for connection, exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., complete all as specified and directed.
12S&F copper wire with 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated (flexible)1100 volts grade, connected from junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed.
13Supply and Fix, shock proof, rustproof, termite resistant, weather proof,fire retardant - Class FV-0 as per IS:11731 Part-II or V-0 as per UL-94, high heat distortion temperature (200°C as per IS:10192), pole mounted Junction box, minimum size(Internally) 250 mm (H) x 200 mm (W) x 105 mm (D), including provision of 01 (One) No. electrolytic aluminium bus bar, 10 Amps, supported on non-hygroscopic fibres and brass screws for mounting with and including 01 (One) No. miniature circuit breaker (MCB) single pole, 240 Volts, 10KA, 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

15S & F Bracket for street light fitting made out of tubing 50 mm dia, med grade 2" x 1-1/2" 135 degree bend with cutting, welding and two MS bracket with nut bolts and washer bracing to pole/on fencing for street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
16Supply and fixing GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade laid under floors/road crossing, fixed to walls and ceiling as cable protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17Supply and fixing GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade laid under floors/road crossing, fixed to walls and ceiling as cable protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
18Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.
19Supply and Fix, Astronomical Time Switch with enclosure all as per Cat No. "T2DDT7" with3 Pole Power Contactors, Type MNX 25, AC3 Rating 25 A and AC1 Rating 45 A, all as per Cat No. "CS94110" of Make "L&T or equivalent as per list of makes given in particular specifications complete all as specified and directed.
20Supply, fixing and erection truly in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 300x300x6mm mild steel plate continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed including painting with black bituminous paint internally and externally with anti corrosive paint in alternate black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top edge of concrete and remaining pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing the number etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21S&F commissioning and testing of outdoor cubical type LT Feeder pillar box as per CPRI approved, IP-54 Protection for outdoor shell suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz,AC supply system fabricated from CRCA powder coated totally enclosed,Dust,Weather & vermin proof, 3.15 mm thick for outer shell having TPN aluminium busbar mounted in porcelain insulator duly drilled hole for cable connection including front and rear side opening with locking arrangement and provn for incoming and outgoing cables with suitable glands including control wiring, Powder coatedcomplete all as specified a nd directed by Engrineer-in-Charge. Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron embedded in PCC 1:2:4,type B-I (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 30 cm deep and 45 cm above ground level. Danger notice plate should also be mounted on panel.Angle iron shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
