Finishing of walls with water bound washable Excel/ Emulsion of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade, one or morecoats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

The estimated rates are exclusive of 18% GST. However the GST @18% shall be paid on gross amount excluding labour cess proportionately.
