122ERECTION OF FOLLOWING MATERIALS SUB-STATION PART ERECTION & GROUTING OF TERMINAL GANTRY STRUCTURE:- The work incudes fabrication of Terminal gantry on Rail 90 lbs 8.23 M long x 4 Nos = 32.92 M, @44.61 Kg/Mtr. = 1468.56 Kg. as per drawing No. RES.38. Digging of Two Nos. pits of size 2.2 mtr. X 1.4 mtr. X 0.75 mtr. Providing stone pad at the bottom of thetrench and grouting of the two legs of the terminal gantry in CC ( Cement,Coarse sand and Stone grit of20 mm gauge.) in the ratio 1:3:6 includingsupply of all T & P,shuttering etc. in a block of size 2.2 mtr. x 1.4mtr. x 0.75mtr. The work consists of dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtrs, raising and erecting the two fabricated legs of terminal gantry in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both the plinths of the terminal gantry shall be properly finished with champering of edges.
123INSTALLATION OF MAIN BUS BAR COMPLETE : The work incudes fabrication of Main Bus -Bar Rail 90 lbs 6.4 M long x 4 Nos = 25.60 M, @44.61 Kg/Mtr. = 1142.016 Kg. . 138C T/P T STRUTURE: Fabrication of C T / P T structure as per drawing No. RES. 39 Digging of two Nos pits of size of 1.075x 0.3x 0.3 Mtr. , providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC ( Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge ) of ration 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtrs. x 0.3 Mtrs. x 0.3 Mtrs. including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. 140PAINTING OF STRUCTURE : Painting of Isolator/L.A./Post Insulator/Fuse Set/C T/P TStructures with two coats of Aluminum paint of good quality including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.
141Pipe Earthing of Power Transformer by way of boring and loweringof “B” class G.I. pipe 50 mm. dia. into the ground up to the water level to the lower end of which a solid copper con approx 9 inches long and 750 gram in weight provided and screwed in connecting and bringing out continuous copper wire 8 SWG from the cone to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. Earth strip for Transformer neutral connection. The earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe. The work also includes cap and clamp for pouring water, the cost of all material with all labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Channel 100x50x6 mm. in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate Earthingstrips for power transformer neutral including supply & fixing of two nos. flexible copper bonds for neutral Earthing. The work also includes painting of G.I. Channel with two coats of aluminium paint.
144Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces ofG.I. 65x65x6 mm. 3.00mtr. long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. flat 50x6 mm. pieces of size 150 mm. long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size 300x300x700 mm complete with two coats of Aluminum paint. This includes providing of four nos. G.I. clamp made of G.I. flat for holding the cable including Nuts & bolts.
145PLINTH OF 10 MVA, 33/11 KV TRANSFORMERS : Construction of plinth of size 3.46x4.46 Mtr. for 10 MVA Transformers having 0.5 Mtr. below ground level and 0.4 Mtr. above ground level.The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 3.46 Mtrs. long each rail pieces complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/finished on top and sides of the plinth.
146PLINTH OF 250 KVA, 11/0.44 KV TRANSFORMERS : Construction of plinth of size 1.5x1.5x2 Mtr. for 250 KVA Transformers having 0.5 Mtr. below ground level and 1.5 Mtr. above ground level.The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 1.5 Mtrs. long each channel 125x65x65 mm complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/finished on top and sides of the plinth.

160(B) Preparing and fixing of 11 KV XLPE cable indoor jointing kits on switch gears after care fully removing the insulation for the cable, providing, fixing and crimpling ofproper size good quality lugs , duly plumbing and taping of cable with good quality of cotton tape, empire tape, H.T. Tape and PVC tape, properly fixing of lugs on switch gears and boxer complete in all respect including cost of material such as insulating tapes, cotton tape , plumbingmaterial and lugs etc. other than jointing kits.
161(C) Wearing 160 mm. dia., 3.0 mtr. long G.I. pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and makingconnections including supply of cable mounting clamps. The work includes the sealing of G.I. pipes’ top end supply of G.I. pipes’ lower endof the pipe is to be buried in to the earth by about one foot.

165INDOOR EARTHMAT : (A) Preparation of earth mat for earthing of indoor equipments by means of M.S. earth strips 50X6 mm connecting to 4 nos. earthing electrodes of 32 mm dia. (including fabrication of earthing electrodes) 3Mtr. long on both side of control room (as per RESPO drawing RES-40) This work includes driving of earth electrodes straight down into the earth so that its top remain 500 mm below ground level, earth work laying bending, welding of M.S. earth strips 50X6mm in the trench of con trol room and connection to both side squares.Earthing of all indoor equipments by providing and laying M.S. earthstrip 50X6mm including cutting, welding bending etc.
