Retrofit Of Acbs For Rb#3 Lv Panels In Tnpl Unit-I , Retrofit Of 1No. 2000A Acb In Recovery Boiler#3 (Rb#3) Pcc Panel (Feeder No.10F1). The Scope Shall Be Removing Of Existing 1250A Acb, Busbars & Other Accessories. The Scope Also Includes Installation And Fixing Of New 2000A Acb, New Copper Busbars & Other Accessories. The Rb#3 Pcc Panel Shall Have Single Front Verticals With Two (2) Tier Arrangement. The Modification Proposed Feeder In Top Tier (Feeder No.10F1). During Top Tier Acb Modification, The Bottom Tier Acb Busbars To Be Replaced As Per Site Condition If Required. Successful Bidder Shall Provide Both Mechanical & Electrical Interlock Between Existing Incomer Acb & New 2000A Acb. , Retrofit Of 1No. 2000A Acb In New Evaporator (Alfa-2) Pcc Panel (Feeder No.2F1). The Scope Shall Be Removing Of Existing 1250A Acb, Busbars & Other Accessories. The Scope Also Includes Installation And Fixing Of New 2000A Acb, New Copper Busbars & Other Accessories. Name of Work: Retrofit of ACB"s for RB#3 LV Panels in TNPL Unit-I

1	Retrofit of 1no. 2000A ACB in Recovery Boiler#3 (RB#3) PCC Panel (Feeder no.10F1). The scope shall be removing of existing 1250A ACB, Busbars & other accessories. The scope also includes installation and fixing of new 2000A ACB, new copper busbars & other accessories. The RB#3 PCC panel shall have single front verticals with two (2) tier arrangement. The modification proposed feeder in top tier (Feeder no.10F1). During top tier ACB modification, the bottom tier ACB busbars to be replaced as per site condition if required. Successful bidder shall provide both Mechanical & Electrical interlock between existing incomer ACB & new 2000A ACB.
2	Retrofit of 1no. 2000A ACB in New Evaporator (ALFA-2) PCC Panel (Feeder no.2F1). The scope shall be removing of existing 1250A ACB, Busbars & other accessories. The scope also includes installation and fixing of new 2000A ACB, new copper busbars & other accessories. The new Evaporator PCC panel shall have single front verticals with two (2) tier arrangement. The modification proposed feeder in top tier (Feeder no.2F1). During top tier ACB modification, the bottom tier ACB busbars to be replaced as per site condition if required. Successful bidder shall provide both Mechanical & Electrical interlock between existing incomer ACB & new 2000A ACB.
3	Supply of additional 1250A ACB Incomer Panel for New Evaporator MCC-5. The ACB incomer panel shall be with vertical enclosure, equipment busbars to match with existing panel and required busbar coupling accessories for phase, natural and earth bus. The proposed additional incomer panel shall be attach in the existing MCC panel namely Evaporator MCC-5. The scope also includes, installation of panel at site and successful bidder shall provide both Mechanical & Electrical interlock between existing & new incomer panels.
4	Supply of additional 1250A ACB Incomer Panel for New Evaporator MCC-6. The ACB incomer panel shall be with vertical enclosure, equipment busbars to match with existing panel and required busbar coupling accessories for phase, natural and earth bus. The proposed additional incomer panel shall be attach in the existing MCC panel namely Evaporator MCC-6. The scope also includes, installation of panel at site and successful bidder shall provide both Mechanical & Electrical interlock between existing & new incomer panels.
