    Auction Sale Of Description Of Goods: 1. Used Answer Sheet - 4193Kg & Used Practical Files- 5880Kg. Terms And Conditions:: 1. The Successful Bidder Shall Ensure That The Above Material Shall Only Be Recycled For Production Of Papers/Allied Products Etc. And Shall Not Be Used For Any Other Purpose. An Affidavit On Non-Judicial Paper Of 100/- Shall Be Furnished By The Successful Bidder Stating That The Old Marked Answer Sheets And Practical Files Lifted From Nituk Shall Be Sent Directly To The Paper Mill For Pulping And Making Of Papers/Allied Products. Also, He/She Shall Not Sell The Lifted Used Answer Sheets And Practical Files In Any Other Way/Anywhere Else. 2. The Successful Bidder Shall Also Submit The Certificate From Mills Owner Stating That The Answer Sheets And Practical Files Lifted From Nit Uttarakhand Against The Contract Have Been Used For Pulping And Making Of Papers/Allied Products. This Certificate Has To Be Submitted Within 15 Days Of Lifting The Items.
